Scam! Never received my order

I don't understand why there is so much hate and negative comments. I came to put a positive review because although it took 10 days for the order to arrive (A normal period for free shipping to the UAE). The quality of the product is excellent. It also came with a thank you card with a discount code that I will definitely use on my next purchase. I hope this comment helps you, just be patient as your order will arrive and you will love it!

This company is a fraud. I ordered and never received my package. Website says pre order will be sent on feb 1st ist already half april still didn’t receive anything nor do they reply on my instagram dm’s, emails or chatmessages on the website SCAMMERS I hope they catch you!!!!!

SCAM!! Placed an order 15th January to Denmark, but haven't recieved it yet. According to the track/trace the shipment has been in DK for 14 days but no one can't locate the shipment. The courier has told me that the shipment isn't in their system and tried to contact costumer service for 3 weeks WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They shipped the wrong items (size and colour) and when trying to contact them to return the items it’s been complete radio silence despite numerous chase up. Also, it’s become apparent to me that the items are also fake.

When it came in I immediately saw that the quality was terrible, it looked cheap and the printing was already damaged (definitely not what it looked like on their website / instagram page). Ordered an Essentials hoodie from the website. On the pictures it was a real Essentials hoodie but when I received the package I noticed right away that this is a fake one.
