Is snappyshopper.co.uk Legit?

This is a cracking wee service, Iv ordered from snappy shopper a few times & been happy with shopping being delivered within the stated time period & even the delivery drivers are polite when dropping orders off so deserve 5*.👍

Avoid , they say spend so much get free delivery but still charge it . Ask for it to be refunded by snappy , store and even in receipt requests nothing. When you dont get your items they dont refund any service charge and now waiting in my delivery over due called shop its shut . Total bullsh*t at my final straw

Shocking service, placed an order 2 hours before closing, told be there in an hour. Call an hour and a half later to be told the drivers “new” and is 10/15 minutes away. phone 20 minutes later and no answer. Stores then closed and no ones picking up the phone. Snappy shopper work till 5:30 so don’t give a toss about after sales to contact regarding individual stores.So £80 down, no groceries to show and stuck waiting till they decide to be bothered towork. utter shambles of a company to use, stick with Uber or any other grocery delivery service.

I was reluctant to use this at first due to the bad reviews however decided to give it a go today and apart from a server error with the app it still went through ok and I got exactly what I ordered from Avondale in Widnes, I was also kept informed all the way and even where Ste the driver was. The beer and wine was ice cold, (you don't normally get alcohol with first time user promo codes) Also good use by dates too and delivered by a friendly Ste.

Absolutely ridiculous. Can't verify my account, can't delete my account. Can't proceed to checkout. Awful, awful service. Would not recommend to anyone. Just go to the shop at least then you're guaranteed to be successful in purchasing. Also they 'detected' I had used a first time purchase coupon even though I wasn't a new customer... which I WAS. Will not even attempt again in the future. Complete waste of time.

0 stars not possible or would have selected this option-Order accepted at 13:28 then declined at 13:29 , called the store to be told that a refund might take up to 5 working days but I could call my bank to 'Speed things up'-wow, should never have been processed- not acceptable-Spar -Hillfoot road Ayr, No shopping and £46.06 down for 5 days, fabulous .I cant get out on my own and rely on home deliveries -Ridiculous!

This company who I have never heard of have tried to take two payments from my bank account in the last three days. Fortunately I had no money in that account at the time. What's more, I have been in Sweden for the past few months. Scammers.

Abysmal service 2 hour wait on delivery 9 out of 15 items unavailable no phone call to ask would I like to substitute any unavailable items. Will not use again complete waste of time for which I paid service charge !! I did not get a service to pay for.

Avoid like the plague, stores try their best but I dont think they're trained, I've never had a delivery on time, have never had a full delivery without different items being given or missing items.Stores don't know what they're doing which is a shame, drivers are rude, and snappy customer service are shameful.Just look at the lack of responses to the reviews, they don't care about their customers.They send the same generic messages on Facebook and by email as well saying call the store, store say call Snappy, no one knows what they should be doing.Speaking to my local store it seems they can't get in touch with them either so can't get help. Store didn't know how to refund missing items and instead told me to call and pay cash next time. I felt sorry for them.

Hmmm I ordered from broadway branch in Blyth Northumberland there driver with a blue car was trying my door!! THANKGOD IT WAS LOCKED! I’m a female on my own with 2 children it absolutely terrified me!! Didn’t want to make a big thing of it cause the staff are lovely at shop but delivery driver scared me to death with trying my door 3 times was the silence of the knock also didn’t like that.

We received an offer in our letterbox with a promotion and discount. Downloaded the app and placed an order with the promotion, paid the remainder and all shows correct in app. Received a confirmation email. Never received the order and store says it never showed up to them and they haven’t received it. Contacted the company by email. They replied they were going to look into it. We’ve sent further emails and that they’ve ignored completely. No refund no products no response. Tuesday we are going to citizens advice.

It is most annoying to get at least 4 phone calls one to say they have your order, another to say it has been despatched another to say it is 4 minutes away another to say the delivery man is at your door which is obvious as you have just answered the door.The old system was much better when a local person delivered your order.The calls are not from you or the store but from the company who do the deliveries

Day Today, Armadale Snappy Shopper is ALWAYS a great experience. The delivery driver is professional, polite and kind, as a disabled customer that is amazing. Every time he asks how I am. I know he will say that to everyone but it is something I appreciate. When using Snappy Shopper I always pick Day Today. Thank you so much.

Snappy Shopper Key Store Coatbridge are absolutely Brilliant!! They have excellent customer service. Deliveries always on time. Delivery drivers are absolute gentlemen cant do enough to help. 100%!! Ordered an online shop on their app, item missing. Shop refuses to help at all contacted snappy shopper via phone & email, apparently they will not talk to customers over the phone and also they don’t reply to emails either. I won’t be using their app ever again due to no item no refund and sheer ignorance to reply back.

Nairn n64 .my problem wasn't resolved in shop or phone call when dealing with shop owner fobbed off told come back in 2hours I refused .Nairn 64 from snappyshopper seem to have rectified this in 2 simple messages when shop had 5 calls 1 visit so hats off tae you bud for easily sorting this mishap up.

Easy to order they contacted me as they did,nt have flavour of drink I ordered very good service will definitely use again Harry's greenock

Elgin Thornhill snappy shopper is spot on, 1 item substituted which was 2 litres of Pepsi for 1.25l of cola, other than that all was perfect & on time 😀 Thank you team!Would recommend 👌

Great service.Customer is 1st. Phone if product not available choice of what is... Delivery times vary .\\\\always turn up ..
