Is snackezy.com.au Legit?

I am very amazed at the amount of junk food that this company sells and promotes to children.NO school tuck shops sell these sugar-filled products anymore.I would never put these products into a kid's lunch box.I mentioned this on the facebook page and the owner blocked me.

Purchased several times. I have given the manager Tara the benefit of doubt one too many times. Firstly, the food. Way overpriced than other businesses within Australia that import the same items. She’ll always tell you it’s dearer because she imports. Secondly, items past used by dates. She says they’re still good to eat and I understand this, but the majority of food is hard and inedible that I emailed her about. Thirdly, she won’t answer your emails until submit a refund request and will then tell you your emails went to junk mail. As a business owner you KNOW to check your junk folder every day. She constantly puts up posts saying she is just one person, then the next minute she has a whole team. I notice on a lot of reviews, she’ll reply and say ‘you never ordered from me’ instead of taking any kind of responsibility for her terrible time management. Also, she asks for purchasers to leave her good reviews because she has so many bad ones. I didn’t think you were allowed to ask for people to deliberately leave good reviews? Honestly there are much better businesses to deal with than this one. We will never purchase from this place again.

When I messed up my order I left myself in a bit of a jam. I emailed the company, took a couple days to reply but once they did it was sorted 5 minutes! My last delivery was delivered the day after ordering and I’m in the south end of vic! Tara was quick to help me rectify my problem even though technically she didn’t have to given it was my own mistake!

Thank you so so much snackezy. Love your company have ordered quite a few times and have always received my products. Any issue I have had or concern you have been great and friendly to deal with. You go above and beyond for your customers. Can not rate you high enough. Will always order through you.

Haven’t opened my products yet but they arrived early, box’s are in good condition! I have seen a lot of negative reviews for snackezy but I’ve had no issues so far.. looking forward to ordering more shipping is abit expensive but it arrived earlier than expected with no damage.

my experience with the owner has not been pleasant. She is honestly the rudest business owner I’ve ever met and literally buys peoples reviews 🤦‍♀️If you look on google she has reviewed her company herself.She has blocked me from Facebook purely for liking a bad review that was posted.Any business owner needs to take the good with the bad and Tara unfortunately doesn’t know how to do that.She has been on social media a few times belittling mothers and other business owners.

Placed my order 12th November and when I check delivery status says it had only been booked for delivery. Tried messaging them, zero response. Very, very poor imo.

Will never order again, is rude, gets her customers involved, lies about send stuff or emails

The prices are ridiculously overpriced I can literally get the same product at a regular coles or Woolworths for nearly half the price

Items come damaged and missing, I was promised replacement items which were never sent. Customer service is horrid.
