I have recently completed the 9day plan & am now a week into the 30 day plan.Really pleased, similar to another companies plan which I’ve done in the past but half the price & just as effective. I lost half a stone on the 9day one, felt more energetic, less tired & my sugar cravings massively reduced. So far feeling the same on the 30days & finding it really easy to stick to.

Assist in kick starting and healthy choices. Have stopped bad habits by end of detox.

The Smug 9 day detox kit definitely works. As you'd expect with a massive calorie reduction, I lost just over 4kg. The supplements helped a lot and I never felt like I was starving. Obviously, once I started eating properly again (healthily), I put some weight back on, but it was a great way to reset and get myself back on track.

Absolutely love these products the only negative thing is I wish I there was a choice with protein shakes when you order the 30 day product

Great product- easy to follow and works well. I have done the 9 day detox followed by the 30 days and it’s been a very structured plan. I have lost just over a stone. Very pleased- have recommended to friends and family who are also using the plan and doing well.

Does anyone know if you can take the raspberry ketone and green tea capsules together? I've used the raspberry ketone before and had good results but thought I'd try both for an extra boost 😊

Just starting my 2nd week of smug supplements of the 30 day detox & weight loss plan. I am really impressed with these products. I feel so much better within myself in just a week and lost 4lb in 5 days. The plan is so easy to follow. I had to contact customer services a couple of times for advice. Sarah was extremely helpful and very prompt to respond. I’m definitely considering getting another month of the 30 day plan. They also delivered within a day of ordering. It is definitely so much better dealing with a small family run business based in the uk and would not hesitate to recommend smug supplements.

9 day plan was a fantastic way to kick start a healthier me. 9lbs lost which I’m over the moon with! Feeling a lot better physically and mentally! Ive just received the 30 day plan to maintain and to help with a few more lbs being lost! So easy to follow and stick too, with only day 3/4 personally being slightly harder than the rest but the shake and supplements really are effective. Well worth the money compared to other expensive plans.

I tried a 9 day detox and had good results. I had a lot more energy and lost 5 pounds as well as cms all over.The Vanilla protein shake has a pleasant taste and creamy, although you just need to add water. I continued to eat healthily and exercise. The combination achieved the kick start I needed in losing weight and exercising.I have continued to use the protein shakes as a meal replacement once or twice a day and losing an average of 2 pounds a week. I would recommend the detox plan if you are looking for a kick start your diet or health boost.

I started the 9 day detox and followed with the 30 day which I am half way through, I have amazing energy, exercising every day and eating healthy, no longer craving sugar or bad food, and have lost a stone. I did the SMUG9 on a friends recommendation and was not disappointed at all. The supplements come neatly packaged with clear instructions and an excellent shaker for the delicious protein powder! I chose the chocolate flavour and unlike many other powders on the market this was by far the best. I have used protein powders to supplement my diet for years (weight training) and this didn’t disappoint.I saw visible changes to my body (less bloating, tightening and dare I say firming) which, at 46 years old was a bonus. I did exercise so chose to take on a few more calories per day and lost 3.5kg. I was needing some more Tondkat Ali tablets. Looking through ebay I found this seller, seeing that they are local to me I decided to give them a go. Fast delivery, but more importantly a quality product. This is the 3rd different brand I have used over the last 18 months and by far the most potent. If they had a shop I'd visit in person.

I did the 9day detox and lost 7lb as I'm getting married I then decided to try the 30days so far iv lost another 3.5lbs with 2 weeks to go. The only thing I found difficult was getting the calories right but i'm getting better. Definitely would recommend ***** 5stars
