smoktech.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives smoktech.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 65. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 65 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to smoktech.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning smoktech.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between smoktech.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of smoktech.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of smoktech.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. smoktech.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether smoktech.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether smoktech.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, smoktech.com.

Bought Smok Rigel and unit randomly stops working after 29 days. I paid to ship it to get fixed and received the unit back with a piece of paper that says, there is nothing wrong with it and to not plug it in only use an external battery charger. I put in new batteries and it worked for 5 minutes then stops working. So now I have a faulty unit, paid to return it and had to buy a back up unit and it’s useless. $160 later and now can’t get a response, what a joke.
Ignored the warranty claim. Submitted pictures, described what was wrong, they never responded. I like their product overall, but a warranty is a warranty and not only don't they honor theirs, they ignore the response through their email all together. Not to mention their video uploader didn't. I've uploaded numerous videos since then to other sites, so it ain't me.
I recently purchased a batch of coils which are most definitely faulty. 3 burnt out in a row after following completely correct preparation advice and SMOK just simply said yes we have defective coils and no we won’t refund them because they are consumables!!! What the hell! Wouldn’t recommend, fraudsters
The mod arrived to me on November 17, 2023, I wasn't supposed to write anything, but I have to. I have bought vape equipment in other stores but have never experienced such treatment.I bought the treeboem mini mod in the smoktech store. After a long wait, the parcel arrived. I was very surprised because the box from the mod was unwrapped. I was even more surprised because there were no boxes for this mod. It was probably bigger than some box kit dragon. There was no manual, cable, etc. In response to my complaint, the company said nothing had happened, it was a minor issue. This store is an amateur, a failure!!!
Bought a Smok RPM5 and leaked from first use. Spent time submitting a warranty claim on official site with pictures etc several weeks ago which has been ignored.
Be Careful Guys! Factory sealed smok V2 kit arrived yesterday, wrong tank in box that didnt fit device and the device is faulty. Thankfully the vape company i purchased from have taken the hit and are sending me a vaporesso sky solo plus for free which i have 3 of and should of stuck with vaporesso. Will never touch smok again.
Smok Morph kit has a manufacturer fault contacted Smok. They replied asked for video evidence, image of receipt and image of the QA codes. Provided everything but becasue the receipt is hand written they have said it isn't acceptable as it could be written by anyone, I've given them the shop email and contact number but they are declining to contact them. Stopped replying. The device is still under warranty as its only 4 months old. Stay well away as their customer service appears to be none existent.
HiMy quick recommendation regarding the SMOK RPM2Brilliant vape for all and my only bad criticism on this vape is the two silicone side air hole reducers that fall out upon there own free will (a drop of silicone glue solved this issue .... But apart from that it's a great vape, with great battery life and very long lasting coils
Recently purchased Novo4, and first pod worked well. However, the second pod, which I didn't notice had a different coil, has leaked constantly and wasted almost half of the juice. And, since the second coil protruded more than the first, I can no longer use the first pod (Which had plenty of life left) because it pushed the electrodes down into the vape itself and the first pod can't make contact! What a complete screw up at the factory! Wish I'd never bought this garbage.
I bought the Novo 5 in September… here it is December and it stopped working. I emailed them with all proof they requested and even though the item comes with warranty; I have to come out of my own pocket to pay for shipping the item back & also pay to get a form printed out. Instead of just sending a replacement as they rightfully should… I’m expected to jump through hoops when they’re the ones manufacturing defective products. I will NEVER buy a single item from this company ever again. I just threw the Vape in the garbage.
Brought the SMOK Nord 2 , 2 days before flying out on holiday to Turkey. I burnt out both the coils in the 1st 2 days just by being in my pocket lucky enough I took a cheap reliable 88VAPE with me as you can't get a vape pen in Turkey for love or money. On return I bought some coils for the Nord 2 and had a chance to use it and yes like most of the reviews it leaks no matter what you try it leaks and I make sure of having to turn it off when putting in my pocket do not purchase. Get 3 88VAPE pens for the same price.
I'm assuming it's mostly a quality control issue but I've never had a smok product that's been worth the money. Whether it's the coils burning out instantly, leaking, firing on their own. They're just objectively bad products.
Bought the Nord 4 what a big mistake that was its bearly 4 months old and the filler cap has failed on both pods (snapped off) , one of the magnetic buttons has fallen out and gone missing never again, this is the second one I've purchased and the first one was a great vape, not sure why they would decrease in quality... never again
Every single smok product I’ve ever owned always starts to leak within the first couple weeks of owning it. Then competently just breaks always at the 3 month mark it’s ridiculous how s***** your products are. Always remaking the same old vapes with the same old problems every single time try calling customer service and always get rude ass mother f****** then won’t help. Your entire company is a flat out joke you know why you offer warranty cards with all your devices cause you know they f****** break on everyone and your trying to cover your f****** ass! Bunch of scum bags over at smok lemme tell you
I’ve purchased smok products multiple times before through vape shops. The one time I purchased an item from their website it came in with a faulty battery (1-3 hits max before it needed to be put on the charger again). I contacted the customer support line who referred me to a third party warranty center who wanted me to pay for shipping (again) to have them either fix or replace the vape. Not impressed.
Bought a Smok Morph 2, eventually turned out to be a great machine....but the instruction booklet sucks, he'd to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to assemble it, make sure you tighten everything before putting fluid in it especially the coil. Batteries are hard to find, booklet says nothing about the 18650 batteries needing to be the flat type, wasted money on the wrong kind of batteries
I used to love SMOK devices, especially their tanks, my favourite being the V12 Prince & the MAG Mod. SIGH! Suddenly the build quality of their coils has gone downhill and my MOD has only lasted a few months until the battery compartment dropped out damaging two 18650s. The coils don't last long, even on a lower wattage & almost always leak I went back to my trusty ALIEN 220W mod with some fresh batteries AND nothing! It's as if their built to fail so you go out and buy more. Nah not happening.
I have never in my life received such bad customer care. I bought an item which was faulty and then they gave me another item which was also faulty. Both had a button that couldn’t be pressed without falling inside. They decided this wasn’t their problem anymore and refused to do anything even though both times were their fault. No compensation or anything and they completely cut contact with me after I brought up consumer rights. They are a joke take your business literally anywhere else.
More than 45 days since I ordered. Tried contacting them via website, email, and instagram and not a single response. The weird thing is you google smok tech reviews and the featured google comment for trustpilot gives a positive review. It's not until you click on the link that brought you here that you see it's garbage. Shame on google for featuring a good comment on a overall 1 star review!
Smok is suposed to be a reputable manufacturer of vaping units. I have now bought 3 and every single one leaks juice into my pockets, I thought it was just the tank design, but three different types which cost £160 altogether all had the same issues. Still got them deciding what to do with them. Shop won't take back so stuck with them If I had a word of advice it would be: "avoid at all costs" they are terrible design and will ruin your shirt or whatever pocket you put them in as the fluid is a nightmare to remove.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
