I ordered a duffle bag Wednesday morning. Included one to two day shipping, additional $52. Needed it for Saturday, big trip Sunday morning. I did receive a email Wednesday morning that item would processed. Which is great. Thursday the holiday, I don’t expect anyone to work. Got a email that label created at 1pm for UPS on Friday afternoon. UPS picked up went to Newark, Kentucky and as of Saturday afternoon it’s in Ct. It’s my fault that I didn’t ordered sooner. I hoped it would shipped out Wednesday and it didn’t. I realize there other things going on. Selection of items are great. Disappointed that additional cost for shipping was for not. Thank you

I ordered two of the old style, 2 quart canteen covers, expecting them to come with the straps. I’m pretty sure the advertisement pictured the cover and strap. Upon examining my package, there were no straps included. I only ordered them so I could use the straps for a retro AR build.

Everything looks good and in appropriate shape for what I selected. Seemed as though my order sat for nearly a week before being shipped and the filbe backpack I got was missing it's stiffening board. Didn't see anywhere in the description that it was going to be missing so not sure what happened.Edit-upgraded from a 3 to a 5, they've shipped the missing part and yeah fair enough to their reply, was probably a USPS issue.

The sleeping bag is really nice. Excellent condition even though the ratings for some of the individual components were lower than new condition. I couldn’t find anything wrong any piece. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Great service! Ordered a traditional Army duffel bag, but then saw the USGI "improved" duffel. Called and Smith's immediately canceled my existing order and helped me order the newer version. Gave me excellent, detailed guidance on "good" vs. "excellent" condition (i.e., will the "good" condition duffel be good enough to get my kid to college on the other side of the country.) In fact, "good" was great--arrived promptly and was even better quality than described. Great service, great quality, great condition. Would buy from them again.

Got a great deal on Marpat tarps quality was better then expected and I bought the lowest grade they had! Sustainment bag was awesome shape along with the 2 canteen pouches I ordered! I bought the lowest grade of everything cause it will be in my Jeep this spring and summer for camping season without worries if someone steals it all!

Ordered a couple marine issued tarps in “Very Good” condition and one cane with a couple tears larger than what should have been allowed for that classification. I took pictures and sent an email over to Michael and he sent a replacement tarp to me right away. He even let me keep the tarp that I had issues with. Great customer service! I won’t hesitate to purchase from you guys again!

I am a first-time customer at Smith's Surplus. I purchased several US Army Molle 3-day assault packs 2 weeks ago. They were used packs with their condition graded as "very good". After getting them delivered and evaluating them, I have to say that these packs are amazing. They have no noticable wear at all. They're practically brand new as far as I can tell. I ordered the same style packs from a different company earlier this year. They were in good condition but lacked the plastic back support. They also had a horrible odor. They stunk up my house, and I had to move them into my garage until I could get the stink out of them. The packs from Smith's Supply had no odor at all. They were very clean. So, all in all, these packs from Smith's Supply were an excellent purchase. I'm very happy with them. I'll not hesitate to purchase again from this company.

They were very quick to correspondence and very helpful in what you need. I've now saved myself $400 worth of OCIE due to their pricing being so reasonable. They sent me pictures of the products before I confirmed the sale, and I got them within 4 days. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are amazing!
