Is smartworkout-pro.co.uk Legit?

The equipment is very good quality I can't fault that , and regarding the versatility probably the best out there . I purchased the elite then a few days later the smart press . I have been using you tube for the guidance, watched these guys a few times to get an idea how things worked . One really excellent video in English the rest are in french but I got the basics just by watching them ( if you could do a smart press you tube clip in English it would be great) I am probably one of the more senior owners of your product , which I have purchased to maintain muscle tone , and maybe impress the good lady wife ! You never know lol .

I love the versatility and quality of the equipment. I am able to create a great home workout and there is plenty of resistance to get a great workout (it will be sometime before I can max out with the extra bands ordered). The app provides the basic movements and training plans but this is an area that could be enhanced in the future. I'd like to see some way of incorporating resistance data into the app and getting more consistency in my workouts to track progress (Some sort of tension meter would be great with load applied to movement).

I ordered this resistance bands as an alternative to my adjustable dumbells, which takes time to prepare. I find this equally effective at muscle workout, but is much easier to use.

Love using bands on cardio days. Always feel cheated on these days if I don't do some weight training or resistance work. These fit right in. And if I can't make the gym and go stronger bands, you can't cheat the lift. With free wieghts for example curls the last few reps you use your body to help get bar bell up, bands you can't, it's only the muscles your working that work.

Only just started using the SmartWorkout equipment but so far I have been very impressed! The quality of the bands and the rest of the equipment are excellent and the variety of exercises available and suggested on the app are wide. As a busy dad of two and working full time, I’m really hoping they will help me on my fitness journey as a more convenient and quicker alternative to the gym.

Really impressed!!! With the kit I can do every single excercise without buying lots of equipment. I was sceptical at first worried about the quality of the bar and bands but there really solid. I I have smart workout press aswell, bit disappointed there is no app for it at present. Apart from that it’s great!!!!

I use to workout in the past but due to personal situation I stoped for some years. I tried other rubber bands but I always find weight lifting more useful to develop muscle and strength... til now. Good materials, easy to store and transport, and the results can be notices after one week of usage. Great product!

Fast delivery (35 hours or so).The equipment is perfect for at home strength training, it takes up no space at all and doesn’t give the delivery person a super heavy box to deal with. The materials feel high quality and robust.Great price and no complaints at all!

The equipment all seems well made and decent quality. I can take the kit on holiday with me, and it packs away neatly at home when I'm not using it. The app has a comprehensive list of exercises and shows how you can use the bands to achieve them. The basic programmes give you some idea of what weight and reps to start with. I've managed to get my son and my wife using the bands, I just shared the link for the app and they could find out all they needed to know.

These resistance bands are perfect for working out at home. I've been using them in my regular resistance training instead of weights and think they are actually better. I can increase the load without risking injuries to my joints and they are very versatile when working different muscle groups.

after 1 week of using the ultimate set I can safely say I am impressed with the quality and the resistance you get. I used to go to the gym and get a good workout from this kit ad gym is no longer an option. the only minor down fall is that when you order the ultimate kit there is still a couple things missing which I thought may be included. the extra resistance and different handles for the smart press would have made this ultimate kit perfect and I see no way of buying these individually, only us an upgrade whe you buy the smart press kit on its on. not requiring these just yet but would be something I will need very soon.

A far more comfortable alternative to dumbells and barbells. After only one week I've been very impressed by the ease at which to assemble and adjust the equipment and also the results. At my age(57) I use my bike machine and ab machine for any leg or ab work. This gives my arms a lovely work out. Well pleased.

Purchase experience was very good - everything arrived as expected. Have had it about 2 weeks so far - everything seems well made and has been really good to use for all my workouts of various muscle groups. Seems expensive for what it is, but generally you have to pay for quality, and I would say this is clearly a superior quality product than what I have seen previously for cheaper.

My customer experience has been top notch. The bar I got from the pack had a issue and I made a complaint. The team not only sent me a new bar but also added 2 extra resistance bands as compensation. Im beyond impressed really. The resistance bands are a really great workout equipment and very helpful particularly for a person like me who hardly finds time for the gym

Perfect experience from start to finish. Delivered on time when stated, and the quality of the equipment is excellent, as are the exercises and training plans on the Smart Workout app. I am really enjoying my experience so far, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smart Workout to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness levels with resistance training at home.

It’s easier for me to express myself in English. Disappointed with the service , postage and customer service. Five days later I receive a tracking number , already the delivery being super late ! No help from the customer service. I wait all day for the parcel, to have the guy call me for two seconds before stopping and going away; despite having the code for my appartment and the guardien downstairs. He wouldn’t respond until 30 minutes later in which case he said it was too late. I should have responded to him in the 30 second window he gave me. Maybe I’ll write a review on the product if it ever shows up or I get an adequate response from the company

The switch to the resistance bands has been a game changer for me. I like going to the gym, but I often push myself harder than I can handle and end up injured. With the bands, apart from working out in home, thus saving a lot in gym fees, the risk of injury is minimal, and I have been able to continue risk free, while still pushing myself to the limit. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

The equipment seems really well made and the amounts of exercises you can do with them are huge. Good value for money. Was missing one accessory that was swiftly shipped out after emailing support with was great. The only negative is the app is fairly rubbish. Given not many people have experience with resistance bands the app should be an integral part. The free workouts seem ok but the paid one is 6 weeks long and then that’s it. It tells you how much resistance to use without knowing anything about your current strength. Some were too easy and some I could barely do one rep on the second set. The app really lets this product down as without a proper routine and ability to record it (the recording section is in a different part of the app so it’s cumbersome to record as you workout) it’s really just guesswork. Hopefully the update that’s been promised for months now actually resolves the issue else I will be getting a refund.

Delivery was quick, the quality of the bar and bands is excellent and really enjoying the follow along programmes. The app lets itself down a bit but I have been assured that will be improvements. Overall I am really happy with Smarteorkout.
