Is slowmoose.com Legit?

I think it's the WORST online shopping experience I've had:first order arrived emptywrong second order thenrefund proposal never arrived

Absolute frauds. I agreed with another buyer.I am dismayed that this company is allowed to advertise and trade despite its despicable reputation.Every attempt to contact them leads to a dead end.Ordered an item in 22 July 2022.Cannot be tracked despite having a tracking number.Fruugo states that retailers should be contacted in case of not delivery.In my case they are all scam company.

Be warned this online retailer is untrustworthy and dishonest, dead links to tracking numbers, delivery dates that are not adhered to and customer service that could care less about your concerns. I only need to be bitten once to never buy from this site again. You are literally better off with nearly anyone else.

I ordered a motherboard but was sent an entirely different model. Tried contacting through their email but had no reply ever. Tried resolving through paypal, the only resolution was getting a full refund but postage at the buyer's expense, no replacement of motherboard was offered. I only wanted what was advertised but even that's too complex to fulfill it seems. Be cautious when buying from this site.

Ordered via their OnBuy slowmoose account on the 26th April 2021. Also known as Tribal Sensations LLC.Item never arrived. Tracking number did not work/didn't exist. Been trying for 4 weeks to get money back - have resorted to opening PayPal case. 4 Weeks after I requested refund and cancellation due to no show product. I have received a different tracking number which still doesn't advise that the item is on it's way. No response to PayPal case. Absolutely shocking company, shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Very poor experience to start with. I received plenty of emails to keep me informed however later emails caused me concern as they told me my product was being shipped to Cork instead of Donegal and the company would not accept responsibility. The delivery address on emails subsequent to the first two confirmations of my order (one from PayPal and one from fruugo who slowmoose were supplying for) did not match what I entered. Then they also claimed I had ordered a second item. Their mailing system is clearly suspect. However, the order did make its way to me eventually with neither Cork or donegal on the address, rather a generic Ireland.

Bought a child's watch through onbuy. Very poor quality so returned it through the onbuy website. Slowmoose now saying they did not authorise the return and asking for tracking number and return address. I sent it back in the original packaging to the return address shown. Numerous emails now going back and forth. Doesn't look like I will be getting my money back.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Probably the worst shop you can choose for your purchase. Support inquiries are ignored. The goods are not correctly declared, so that customs have to open the package to declare the contents. Then you have to do the deletion yourself, which requires additional time (which you want to save by buying on the Internet) and also pay the extra costs yourself. This makes the product so expensive that you can buy it at home from a dealer. Furthermore: the product does not correspond to the description. To save myself the hassle of returning it, I gave it away. Conclusion: Stay away from this shop.

The worst online experience. 1- Poor quality products2- You have to pay the returns and it's expensive when you are not in US3 - And then finally the pack is "refused" Conclusion: you get poor quality articles, you pay a lot to send it back but you never get reimbursed because they refuse the pack (even if they say the opposite on the disclaimer )Avoid at any price

We bought a winterjacket on fruugo, in fact its was from slowmoose, and we returned the jacket, we paid the return and filled out the form on fruugo, and offcourse we had allready paid the jacket. Because we didnt also fill out at slowmoose, they wont accept the return, eventhough it was within the 14 days. So now they have the jacket and the money, and wont help. So we will never shop on fruugo or slowmoose again.

Never order from Slowmoose! They never delivered my items and refuse to take any responsibility. I have waited for two months. Their tracking system is not real. They just steal your money. The company states in the order page that they deliver from US but actually this is a Chinese company which you can also read from their customer service feedback.

Seller does not give genuine tracking number keeps saying over and over wait for tracking number to show up still waiting and tracking number not registered Will not reply with genuine tracking number very bad service now applied for refund through PayPal

This is the worst shopping experience I had this year! Bought a scooter for my daughter for £119. It was really poor quality and not worth the price at all. After the second ride the handlebar came off so it's also super dangerous for a child. I complained but they were so slow(moose!) to respond and then eventually said it was outside their warranty period. Awful awful customer service, in fact no service at all!

Be aware this company are totally misleading with the descriptions of goods they supply. Purchased a flower vase as described only to receive the said goods the size of an eggcup. Nowhere did they state size and provided misleading description details for a so called vase £38 which was no BIGGER THAN AN EGGCUP!!! CROOKS!!!

Bought some trainers my daughters birthday trainers they never arrived in May. Hence my daughter didn’t get the gift she wanted and then when I emailed them to ask for the £60 they said it would be refunded in 5 days that was 4 months ago. I had to spend another £60 to buy my daughters birthday gift CROOKS !!

I just received my order and it’s perfect!! The shipping was long but what’s expected as it came from overseas. Support was very responsive and helpful. I see lots of reviews saying it’s a scam but this is my first time ordering and I received what I ordered with no issues.

SCAM!!Ordered something over 2 weeks ago. Did not get a confirmation email. Get no response from email or FB message. Their website no longer works. Package said 7 day delivery. Never arrived.
