Is sleepwearinc.com Legit?

Wrong item sendIt's a scam, pure and simple.Following an order, 1 of the items received was different from the image on the site with the same code. the debate begins with support sleepwearinc,Even if their Politic Return says there are no return fees, they charge you $18 more to send you another item of the same style. Sleepwearinc think we are stupid.

Are you serious these are not the items I ordered. I ordered the Viking Plus Size Knit Hoodie For Mensize: 2XLSKU: JC2024082026-2XLand Plus Size Ethnic Printed Men's Wool Cardigan size: 2XLSKU: EO24101108-Black-2XL which has 4 dragon emblems on it. The Plus Size Ethnic Printed Men's Wool Cardigan sent to me had no dragons but was just plain black. The Viking Plus Size Knit Hoodie For Men designed emblem in no way matches the one I chose. It also took more than 5 weeks to be delivered after multiple requests for delivery updates. They then offered only 18 dollars for 88.98 US dollars which in my Canadian funds is nearly 120.00 dollars. I have also asked for their return address 2 times and still have not received it.Totally disgusted with this.

Ordered two items, never shipped for two months. Had to get into an e-mail conflict with their customer service department. Took another month to ship. Received my items nearly a full 90 days later. Both items are genuinely costume quality, one is likely a repurposed bath robe. Neither item looked like what was pictured. Probably $20 worth of clothing for $45 a piece. Cost, value, and time wasted. Never buy anything from them.

6 months ago I ordered 2 items as a gift. Never been dispatched, never answered any emails. When started a dispute via paypal, they contacted me asking to drop it, and I answered that I will the second they are emailing me proof of dispatch. Never heard back, and I got my money back, thanks to Paypal! Today I got a marketing email from them with offers. Can not believe that they are still in business scamming people!

SCAM. wish.com scammer, probably stole these photos. nothing is correct, completely unprofessional, blocked me on everything after delaying return/refund for DAYS. issued a chargeback with my bank. save yourselves. SCAMMERS!

Ordered an item from this company to use as part of a costume. As the website looks American and the prices were in US dollars I placed the order to arrive when I had a friend staying in the US to reduce shipping and speed up delivery. A week after placing the order I contacted them as I hadn't heard anything, they told me the order was out of stock and was at the factory and could I wait. My friend was only in the US for another week so I said if it couldn't arrive by the 5th September then no. They asked me to wait again but this wasn't possible so as per their websites terms and conditions I asked them to cancel the order, miraculously the next day my item was shipped. I emailed immediately and asked what was going on to just get a fob off email and that a refund cant be made after shipping, as such I told them I would contact my bank and arrange a chargeback. It turned out the company is actually in China, it took almost of week of travelling for the item to even leave China. My deadline of the 5th turned into it arriving in America on the 12th, days after my friend had left. and with no way to access the item.They tried to contest the chargeback saying the item had been delivered and not returned, luckily as I had all the emails and evidence to show I had cancelled the item before dispatch the bank sided with me so I wasn't out of pocket but I will never use this company ever again.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. This company is a scam! After 6 weeks they offered me my money back with a 20% penalty because they could not fill my order.

Ordered in the beginning of May as a birthday gift, Supposedly received in August 15. Not received though. Unable to get any valid responses, just auto responses with tracking number... I am soooooooo disappointed

Same as others. No response until I filed with Paypal. Then quick response that Items were ready to ship if I canceled my complaint. Didn't fall for it. Still no product but Paypal refunded almost all of my loss. I wish I had researched a little better. Website now has a warning from my virus software.

Would gladly give 0 stars. The absolute rip-off. Only cheap junk arrived that had nothing to do with the goods. After 2 months of negotiations (also via paypal case) I got the refund at least through paypal (seller offered me peanuts) but I got stuck with the return costs .... HANDS OFF!

Definitely think and agree that this is a SCAM. 3 emails and no response. Noticed that Maxikaftan has a similar website and zero ability to contact other than email so be aware. Disputed the charge through my CC company, so hopefully I'll recover my costs.

I was pleasantly surprised after all these reviews which made me assume i had been scammed . The item took about 6 weeks to come and was as shown on the website .I did buy the same item Cheaper from a scammer and consequently lost my money. Sleepwearinc i am pleased to say at least in my case provided a reasonable linen product.It’s comfortable , looks good and fits well . It does seem many other people have problems with the company . I am relieved and pleased to say that my experience is good .The critical reviews here could also be related to the scammers who have used the same photos on their website on Facebook but never sent any products .

Cloths are nothing like what's seen on the site. Literal kids Halloween costume level of material and construction. Not worth a single dollar. Would give a zero if I could. Their customer service also sucks as it took them 2 months to get back to me. I can almost guarantee that the only reason they got back to me was due to the charge back. They also only offered me $30 back on a $250+ purchase.

I ordered in mid-April. Within the next 4 weeks I sent two emails asking for an update. After no response to emails, I opened a dispute with PayPal. They responded via PayPal quickly saying my order was ready to ship.I responded asking them to ship, and I would close the dispute. Separately, I received an email saying they would ship upon closure of the dispute. I did not respond. A week later, having received no shipping information or further response, I escalated to a claim. The claim was decided in my favor a few days later. I do not recommend ordering from this company, no matter how cute the clothes are.

I ordered a red baroque jumpsuit and they sent me a red checkered one. The two items don't even look similar; this is the response they provide:Dear customers, I'm glad to hear from you and apologize for the inconvenience. There may be some slight differences between the pictures and the actual ones. Due to different lighting conditions and shooting techniques, the actual product shall prevail. Please understand. For the item you received, we recommend that you keep the item and we can refund $7 as compensation. Greeting.

I bought my items and received a confirmation email, THAT'S IT. After 2 weeks, no further correspondence and no package. I opened a dispute with PayPal, after which they finally reached out. They told me my items were ready to ship out, but would not send them until I closed the dispute on PayPal, which is against PayPal policy. PayPal policy states that a dispute should only be closed once the matter is resolved, meaning AFTER I receive my item or a refund from the seller. Thank GOD I went through PayPal, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my money back. My experience is one of the better ones because I got my money back, at least.

Nearly a month, no shipment yet, no answer to my emails inquiries. I suspect that my item “awaiting shipping” will never ship. I suspect no one will answer my multiple inquiries about it. Way I see it this is probably a scam

Nothing from the company when I tried to email them. Then tried to cancel my order, still no response or refund. Company seems to be a scam.

4 weeks waiting for ANY confirmation of my order or ship date. MULTIPLE unanswered emails to these SCAMMERS with no response. Only recourse I have is to to contact my credit agency to see if I can revoke the charge. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I order a silk jumpsuit with a belt and received a beltless linen jumpsuit. The quality is terrible. I contacted customer service for a refund and they offered me to keep it and they will refund me 6 dollars of my 58 dollar purchase. They told me the designer thought the belt wasn't necessary and if I return the item it will be lost and I won't receive the refund. This is not a way to run a business only a way to run a scam. Anybody wants exactly what they order. It's sad I'm not the only one with this experience
