Is sleepon.us Legit?

The newest version go2sleep 3 works about half the time. About half the time it will synch but then show no data for the night. I’ll re-synch it and it will take the three minutes to synch but continue to show no data. I constantly update the firmware but it doesn’t make a difference. It just can’t be relied on. I had the earlier version and loved it which is why I upgraded to the 3 version. I hate the 3 version. It is useless.

SLEEPON 3 is not a final product. After 3 firmware updates and at least one app update the device still does not track the total duration of my sleep (about 6h) but reports 1-2h night “naps”. Dozens of emails in exchange with service and the typical response “please try it a few nights more”. Btw, support never signs with any name, not even “support team”, so you don’t know who is responding or how many different employees have responded to you.

Over the years, I've tried quite a few sleep trackers, and they've all performed well to some extent, but they seem to lack some key features. However, SLEEPON might be the best integrated service I've found. This tracker not only detects sleep patterns, blood oxygen levels, and heart rate, but now it can also monitor blood sugar levels—truly a significant advancement.

I have a mild case of sleep apnea. I like to monitor myself when I sleep to see how the night went and if it's getting better or worse. This ring does it all. I'm amazed at all the features and data it provides. The app is well put together and there's no subscription, thank you Sleepon! This is my third finger o2 monitor I've purchased in the last 2 years since i started monitoring myself, Sleepon3 is the best.

I am the long-time user who has been relying on their products for several years, I was thrilled to hear about the new version of Go2Sleep.I like the updated app version, especially the way sleep data is presented. It looks much better than the old version.

Received the Sleepon3 sleep monitoring ring device yesterday. Setup was easy with my iPhone 14. Used the device as directed on my index finger with no issues. I found the ring gave vast sleep data to the iPhone app that I found quite amazing. How accurate the data is for someone else to evaluate. I'm not sure how long the internal battery actually lasts but the charging pad makes recharging effortless. Apple should learn something from this company on recharging devices. So far I'd give this device an "A" grade.

The moment I received the package, I was thrilled. As a technology enthusiast and a longtime SLEEPON user struggling with sleep issues, I've been using their products since 2019! One day, I happened to open an email and saw their message about the upcoming upgrade to the SLEEPON app. I became very interested and kept an eye on their website for updates. When the new Go2Sleep 3 became available for pre-order on their website in mid-July, I placed my order immediately.Now that I've just received the package and opened it, I was pleasantly surprised by the new, more environmentally friendly packaging. I really like the simplified design. I haven't started using it yet, but I've already installed the SLEEPON 3 app and am looking forward to experiencing it tonight. The design of the app interface is also something I really like.

Ordered a product more than a month ago. Status is still preparing for shipping. Customer service always just says they’ll get back to me and never do. I don’t have much confidence they’d even refund me. Seems a dodgy company with some good marketing. I’d be cautious about buying from them or go elsewhere. I was a fan of my Sleepon2 so I was excited to get the new Sleepon3.I couldn't be more disappointed or disgusted!This device an app are buggy. The recording of sleep is often cut short or not recorded at all.And as far as the ability to record blood glucose? In a month of use I've just been able to achieve 3 readings! And when and if you get a reading the result range of probability is wide making results meaningless!Stick with 2 and save money and frustration!

Since upgrading to the SLEEPON 3 app, many issues have been resolved. The interface is more user-friendly, and the overall experience has greatly improved.

The battery life of the Go2sleep 3 needs improvement. I often need to recharge it the next morning after using it overnight, which is a bit of a hassle.

Sometimes, data synchronization encounters problems, preventing me from viewing my sleep records in a timely manner. This is a bit frustrating, and I hope it can be improved in future updates.

Well they are supposed to have a HRV functionality. Their site recommands Elite HRV. Their support (beit sales or technical) is just incapable to provide specifications of Sleepon HRV metrics or charts, which are just useless). Oh well, around 6 months of sales ads spam, repeated announcements about a 3.0 new APP to push these sales. Was launched 15th may, they said. 27th may and what a surprise : no new APP in the Stores.Update 10/10/2024 - I had given Sleepon 3 App a try early august 2024. Same problem. HRV has tons of metrics : the metric used by Sleepon remains not speficied, not a word in the manuals, FAQ, or in the App/Web dashboard. A 20 USD chinese watch has Poincaré or Lorenz plot, RMSSD metric, in-App HRV guidance.

I have had no issues with customer service from Sleepon. They have been responsive and addressed my concern in a timely manner. I had no issues receiving the product either. I am sorry to see that other's may not have had the same experience, but my experience with them was great.

I complained about an issue with my ring's battery and within 24hours the issue was resolved. Good customer service
