Is sleepeh.ca Legit?

I don't know where to begin: before I purchased the item, I contacted customer service on the phone to ensure I would receive what was advertised and in the time frame guaranteed. Based on that conversation and much research, I placed an order for an item that we needed to keep a family member alive.The item arrived a day later than promised but without all of the advertised extras that would make it functional and when we took it out of the box, it was filthy. It's an oxygen concentrator so having a layer of dust is not acceptable.This is where the complaint begins, the customer service rep on the phone was not the issue. The manager had no ability to hear what was important to me, I told her I needed the unit 2 weeks ago and she insisted there would be a replacement unit sent in 2 days - she later lied about this conversation calling it a misunderstanding, there was no misunderstanding, I encourage the management at SleepEh to listen to that phone call. She promised a replacement with all accessories within 2 days. That didn't happen and we were left in this crazy, time consuming process. I asked her multiple times to send the accessories that were promised in their advertising and she ignored my requests.I reminded the manager multiple times that she had our money and we had nothing. She was not capable of hearing me and was truly only concerned with covering her butt despite my very clear communication that someone in my family needed it to breathe. We waited weeks when we were promised a couple of days.It's awful to deal with an online company that is in business only to serve themselves and doesn't at all care about the people giving them money. You lied and disregarded what I had to say even though you had our money and we had a machine that didn't have hoses; we couldn't use it unless we spent more money to buy accessories elsewhere or rent another unit while we waited for you to play your games.Don't waste your money or your time, go with a different company.

I ordered an oxygen concentrator from Sleepeh.caGood price. They have had some shipping delays, as some other reviewers have noted. When I contacted customer service and explained that I needed to have it in time for an out of country trip, they were very responsive and went out of their way to expedite delivery. I received it today, well in advance of my trip. Really great customer service. I look forward to buying my supples from them

I ordered a new mask. I was concerned at first because of so many reviews saying it was a scam but not the case. My order was received within a week and the mask is same one I would have paid twice the amount at the sleep clinic. Overall very pleased

ordered a CPAP 8 days ago, paid for expedited shipping, and Nothing has happened except a charge to my card. No customer support. Trying to get my money back. Fraudulent site, stay away.

I found the lowest price in Canada for a stationary oxygen concentrator with free shipping to boot. I thought I should check the reviews first and was disappointed to see all the negative reviews. I sent them an email seeing if they would commit to delivering sooner if I expressed my dire need for this item and asking about the reasons for the bad reviews. Customer Service responded quickly with an explanation. It seems they hit a bad spot with employees and dropped behind in shipping times. They said everything is running smooth now and since my item was in stock, it should ship within a couple days. Decision time, do I take their word and hope for the best or will I be writing the next negative review. Well, The price was too good to walk away, I ordered Tuesday morning. Imagine my utter shock to to see my item sitting on my doorstep Thursday afternoon! They have a loyal customer now and I will be buying any accessories I need from them.Great work Sleep,eh!

Ordered CPAP masks on August 19th and haven't received them yet. I wrote to them twice and both times they responded they'd be shipping the items in two business days but they never did. I will not do business with this company again.

Ordering was pretty easy, took a couple weeks to get my mask. However it was more affordable than going to the sleep clinic.

Recently made a purchase and was initially happy with the customer service but the order seems to have gone missing. The tracking information shows the order was shipped expedited mail but it's been 11 days and I've received 2 incorrect delivery dates and the order still has not arrived. The tracking details now show delayed with no available arrival date. As soon as I sent an email explaining my frustration with the inaccurate order tracking information the company went silent. As long as I was happy they responded pretty much right away but as soon as I was not they disappeared. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. The reviews on their facebook page also indicate shipping problems with them which I really wish I had read before making my purchase.

I can Honestly say that SleepEh.ca has excellent Prices with Elite Prestigious Customer Service who will go the Extra Mile if need be to make things right! If there is any obstructions in receiving the Health Equipment they will go out of their way to ensure that You receive Your Health Equipment, they at least proved that to Me which made the World of a Difference to Me. It did take about 2 weeks to receive but that is a reasonable time under the unfortunate circumstances that the Customer Service had to deal with. For this I am Truly Impressed and Grateful towards a Company doing its Absolute Best! I have shopped and compared before I purchased at SleepEh.ca and SAVED $$$$$$$$ by do so. I Saved at Least $1000 by buying My Airsense 10 Autoset (Card to Cloud Version) CPAP Package along with a $50 Gift Card included on top of such a Sweet DeaL!!! I Saved through buying My CPAP through SleepEh.ca To Me the waiting period for the Equipment to be delivered was a small sacrifice for getting such a Good Deal. I've been quite pleased with the limited experience i've had with your company. Prices were comparable or a better bargain than competitors. Delivery was prompt.

I was really skeptic about buying from Sleepeh.ca from reading the reviews on here. Also the price tag on the part I was shopping for was too good to be true. Really, you can't beat their price. I went ahead and bought what I needed. Wow!!! Shipping was so fast I couldn't believe it when Fedex handed me a box with sleepeh on it. It came within 3 days. Happy I took a chance and saved some $.

It's been 11 days since I placed my order and it hasn't arrived yet. I don't think it's even been shipped yet. I have requested a refund. Should've paid a bit more to get the item from another seller. Lesson learned!

ordered item Dec.7,2023 now Jan.2,2023 and still hasn't been shipped. They constantly tell you 1-2 days it will be shipped that never happens though.

Sent me a defective CPAP machine, the manufacturer confirmed the blower was defective and told me to return it to SleepEh who did not offer to refund my money just wanted me to send a video of the flashing yellow light!

Their ad says 48 hour delivery service. But it took them 8 days to ship the product out. Not impressed

Says fast and free shipping; well that is a lie. Two weeks in and items haven’t shipped. Avoid unless you want to wait weeks.
