Is sleekflow.io Legit?

SleekFlow failed to meet the basic standard of a decent app. What is good about SleekfFow if this app automatically logout from your S24 Samsung phone every day, and you have to pay a few hundred dollars extra to gain their WhatsApp CS support but in the end realised you're actually paying extra to become their app tester. Sleekflow has a lousy user interface, consistently log out resulting in user not able to be notified of incoming chat. Yes, they do have an efficient support team (I paid extra approx. RM400 per month for that) yet an ineffective one as they are not able to solve the most basic technological problem. The worst is, user gets frustrated having to collect log for the tech team every single day and forced to stay with Sleekflow as user can't effortlessly change provider due to ongoing contract and also the cons of switching. SleekFlow is a WABA service provider that cannot even meet the basic standard of a decent app. SleekFlow is definitely not at the forefront of innovative tech as claimed in their press statement.

Using it to integrate with WhatsApp Business API- poor self-serve support- support / CEO / CPO did not solve any problem; only answer all bugs / questions / requests is to upgrade to a pro plan- changed my plan after paying for WhatsApp API service; feel cheated- has a lot of bugs including payment link to buy the pro plan does not work

I have been using SleekFlow around a year. Before I used SleekFlow, I found there are several similar platforms. However, SleekFlow is the most suitable platform for me and my business. Their support team also gave me a confident and feel comfortable to using the platform, thanks to the support team, they gave me a quick response and go through all my enquiries through the demo. Thrilled to see how their platform grows! I am glad to having a chance to join as an early user. Looking forward to see more and more integration to let our revenue grow more.

Love this platform as it allows my team to collaborate easily across different social channels and chat platforms. Chat Automation is easy to configure, and I can even do marketing automation drips on it. There seems to be free product updates almost every month so I really like what I’m seeing so far!

Have been using sleekflow for about half a year, they have a user friendly UI so my team could adapt fast and easily. The team don’t have to passing phone around to handle conversations with client. Great and convenient tool for customer support, sales and mass marketing. One of the key points I really like is being able to connect many different messaging channels like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger and LINE and WeChat. It really helps me in communicating with my global customer base.My customer support team has given feedback saying that the recent Shopify integration has been immensely helpful as well as they are able to manage orders within the chat window.I also have customers in Korea and Indonesia so it would be great if we are able to integrate popular local chat apps as well. Looking forward.

Never knew that there could be a single tool for all my WhatsApp + Instagram messaging. Shopify connection is robust and we definitely hope to see more coming this year!

I can use this platform for sending message to shopify clients with specific shopify tags in WhatsApp. The cost for the subscription is reasonable and allowing to pay for add-on to increase the number of contact and masking some important data. I could use their app to send message to my client in WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Instagram and Facebook seamlessly.They have a quick and helpful support for solving my problems that I don't understand during using the platform.
