Is skyphonez.com.au Legit?

Wrong phone colour. Phone described as Awesome violet, sent awesome blue instead. Charger doesn't work, not compatible with phone. Wouldn't recommend buying from this business.

I requested a full refund as the new phone was having issues. It was running slowly and it was not allowing me to make any calls. I tried everything I could with allowing VolTE calls on various apps etc which worked, but then it would revert and not allow calls. It was not performing properly or fit for consumer standards, so I contacted them advising that I really want a refund as I won't be using this phone anymore. The keypads were also hurting my fingers as I'm disabled as well so it hurt my joints.I posted the items back to them and were advised it would be 2-3 business days until a refund was processed. I have had no refund so far and have had to follow up numerous times everyday via live chat, email, and have had to lodge this with the ACCC and NSW Fair Trading.They have responded numerous times saying they have requested updates, and that I would receive my refund latest by Monday 30th September. They have still not provided me with any concrete information

The OnePlus 12 exceeded my expectations. It met the new Australian VoLTE standards. It also came with a 100w power supply that was not mentioned on the promo page. Only one slight problem was the power supply wasn't the Australian plug. This was easily overcome with an adaptor. The phone charges completely from flat in about 25 minutes.

Ordered an iPhone 14pro costing $1800. Received initial confirmation but nothing further after that. After 10 days of no communication I contacted the company the phone number listed but sure enough can not actually get through to talk to someone, says no one available but when get off phone. Instantly someone can magically speak with you through live chat. Wow. Since been told can not source the phone I ordered even though said in stock online when ordered?? And order has been cancelled. Will send through to a different department to process refund but still 4 days later still nothing!!!! No communication!!! Fraudulent company! Do not recommend!

Ordered a smart watch at a good price. I was a bit nervous when it took a few days to ship since there are a few negative reviews. I was relieved to get a tracking number! When the watch arrived it was in brand new condition. Exactly as expected and I saved hundreds of dollars. Thanks skyphonez.

I live in Sydney and work in Cybersecurity. I bought a Huawei Mate 20, advertised as 'near new condition'. It was a discounted price so I was a little skeptical but replied upon being able to return it.I was pleasantly surprised to receive it indeed in near new condition - perhaps it was actually new with just the box opened.I'm leaving this review because its rare these days to find a seller that lives up to honesty - here is at least one.

I ordered and purchased a refurbished samsung flip phone. The seller kept me informed throughout order and delivery.. even after the item had been delivered. The phone is in amazing condition and works fantastic. Highly recommend this seller.. will definitely be purchasing a phone from this seller in the future for my son. Thankyou

Amazing experience. We ordered a second hand phone for my daughter. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the wrong colour being sent. I spoke the these guys through ebay and they were so sorry for the mistake and gave several options for them to rectify the error. In the end she opted for a partial refund. Honestly the customer service was outstanding. We could have either returned the phone for a full refund or to get the correct colour sent out. I will definitely be a return customer.Thank you so much.

Ordered a refurbished Motorola Moto G50 5G from Skyphonez and it arrived from interstate in just under 48hrs!The condition was rated as excellent; but I would call it impeccable - the phone looks and behaves as if it were new.And I am particularly pleased because I got it for a bargain price.

Scammers. Ordered a galaxy watch 4 classic 'as new refurbished' and it came in demo mode, which is impossible to remove without flashing it with the original firmware, which is impossible to get. Had to send it back, which granted was a quick process but they sell dodgy stuff. DO NOT BUY

Purchased a refurbished note. The phone was delivered super fast - sent via express post even though I didn't expect that. Ordered on Saturday, Delivered in Perth on Tuesday.Phone was in absolutely perfect condition despite refurbished status. They sent a charger and cable. I wasn't expecting that either so it was a nice surprise.Also called me after to check in and see if they could offer any help or if I had any concerns.Best value of anywhere I could find. Another retailer was selling the same thing for almost 4x the price I paid!Would absolutely use again.

Excellent. We had a manufacturer problem with the first item delivered. Skyphonez paid for return postage, assessed issue, and provided a replacement promptly.Such problems are unavoidable. How they are dealt with is what matters. On this, Skyphonez were exceptional.

I was concerned about buying a used phone off the internet. I purchased an iPhone XS Max in as new condition. I purchased on Reebelo but the order was fulfilled by SkyPhones (which had poor ratings). Phone came within 3 days, the condition was most certainly in as new condition no marks of any kind. The battery was rated at 89%. My only complaint is that the charging cable is defective which isn’t a huge concern as I have a bunch of old lightning cables lying around.
