SKYCOACH.gg - FRAUD and Scammers - BE WARNED!!!… The first experience as a new customer went fine. "My second" experience as a new repeat customer what the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a service like this!! I asked if they could get my order finished before a certain time the next day so that I could help run teaching raid with my clan. The rep stated that it would not be a problem. That time came and went. I asked repeatedly for updates... or if there was anything they needed from me, but they just kept saying... "I'm escalating this" or "I'm manually reaching out to a pro to assist you"... all BS. For over 24 HOURS not a single pro reached out to me despite the rep’s claims. At the 24th hour I reached out to the rep again. And she stated... "no one wanted to do the order because of the low amount." So, instead of telling me this in the beginning, they just kept me dangling and checking back and feeding me BS about escalations and such, when in all actuality. It was not even going to be worked on by anyone. So... They took my payment... said they were going to get it worked on... but in reality, they were just bs'ing me and wasted 24 hours plus of my time and screwed up an event I had planned. And then to top it all off... they said, "I can get you a PRO asap, of course, but we would need an extra payment." Wait... but... I just paid you and you didn't do ANYTHING. So, you want me to pay you more money for the service "I just paid for and have been waiting on" that you haven't even started yet? ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS AND CROOKS. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company! I was also evaluating their service to pass on to my clan, but never. I have already informed my clan not to use their services and will instead be using a different, more reputable service provider for my clan. DO NOT USE SKYCOACH!!! They are very unprofessional and shady!!
Down right robbed me, i paid to grind quick play matches in rainbow six siege with 4 pros for 1 hr and paid a 4x hrly rate for such and they cycles 3 pros over 3 days (quoted time was 90-120 minuted from order) and yet each day a new pro assigned and each would not be available at the order assigned time or they would just ghost. then the third pro had be join his squad made me wait for 1 hr to wait for his squad who were bottom 20 percentile of siege players, were all in eu and had 100 ping(order requested and paid for NA EST) then after just a 5-10 min single match the whole squad leaves and he makes me wait 30 minutes for another match by waiting for a new squad. I PAID FOR 4 PROS WHAT IS THIS? so basically I played 7 minutes ish in 3 hrs then he marked order complete and support is taking his side while I was complaining every minute I was waiting for hours for support to fix this and they didn\'t. they have the message proof that the pro scammed yet they allow it because they r scammers too. their true business model is to grab the sale and to cut costs and corners as much after, disregard their own policy after they collect sale money, and they simply just don\'t care. straight crooks.
skycoach is the worst boosting website, ive been working with them as a booster for sometime, and i always had problems when it comes to get my payment, i just got scammed for 500$ in the past 2 weeks cuz they simply doesnt wanna pay me my work that i did for them lol i also had some clients that they used them and scammed them aswell which is so dumb when u think about it We need to stop making this website works they ruined every other boosting services with their cheap prices and scams help share this and i hope none of you guys have to deal with them
