Is skidoooutlet.com Legit?

We decided to order from skidoo before Thanksgiving to beat the whole black Friday BS an still got shafted, we ordered snowmobile gear for a family member as a gift for Christmas an it is now December 26th still never showed up with the disappointment of no gift for a family member (very embarrassing to me). There service centers are certainly no help an Customer service is reluctant when asking where things are ,they are quick to take payment but don't deliver its been over a month still nothing an say sorry for the inconvenience of black Friday order which thus was NOT! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN!!! Sorry skidoo but this was a major disappointment being this is all we ride.

Recently I have ordered several accessories for my new Can-Am Outlander. The part I ordered from Ski-Doo was compatible with my G2L frame. This accessory was unavailable from any Can-Am vendors that I could find, even BRP. I received status updates on my order, shipping and expected delivery date. I won't mention names, but I've ordered parts from another vendor that charged my account right away and I still don't have those parts, nor do I know the status. Excellent job Ski-Doo. Ya'll know how to do business.

One of my favorite websites for skidoo clothes because my dealer doesn't always have a full inventory or my size. I have not had one issue with a purchase or a return. I feel the products are sold at a fair price. I have recommended this website to riders who are looking for snowmobile products no matter what they ride on Facebook.

Found such a great deal on a Klim motorcycle jacket (Revener model) at Ski-Doo Outlet that I bought a second one for my brother.Motorcycle riders should keep an eye on this Seller, never mind the snow oriented name.

I picked the wrong size in my initial order because I was too lazy to measure. (Use the sizing chart) Once my wife reminded me what my actual size was I emailed Ski-Doo Outlet and let them know, they swapped the sizes and got my order out same day.

Had originally order from another vendor who lost my order and made excuses about why. Ordered a duplicate part from you and it was processed quickly and arrived just as described. I will definitely use you first from know on. Thanks!

The website is very user friendly, checkout is fast and easy. My order arrived well packaged and on time. The jacket I order for my husband is too tight across the shoulders and arms. I returned the jacket and received notification of a refund within 7 days. The only negative is the $30 it cost me to return a jacket

The product was great! My only problem has to do with FedEx and their shipping. The delivery driver through the package over the fence which caused damage to the contents. I filed a claim but FedEx blew me off. This is no fault of SkiDoo! This was all FedEx doing! When I order from SkiDoo again I'll look for a different shipping option.

Always a good experience with the service and ways packing is made for shipping. Prices are fair and always comes in great condition been getting parts and clothing for years and never having problem with the service. Thanks

We thought we had ordered the correct front bumper. When it arrived and found it wasn’t we contacted them. Immediately they had the correct one shipped to us and it arrived within 1-2 days! They are very helpful and courteous. We would recommend them highly.

Purchase and shipping was great. The can am 12 gallon storage box overall is decent quality. The two linq points connect nice and tight but the rear of the box doesn't have a linq connection. You are provided with two hooks that I'm assuming (no instructions at all) you attach to the rear of the box and hook around the atv rack. Didn't work... It also comes with a small piece of metal with a couple holes in it which I was able to tuck under the atv rack and send bolts up into the rear of the box to secure it but I was forced to drill hole in something that was intended to be plug and play...

The boarding ladder arrived in excellent shape and has been installed and it works perfectly and wonder why I waited so long to buy one its perfect and makes our jet ski so easy to board! We love it! Excellent Product! Sea Doo Rocks!

Womans ski vest is great! Not bulky like many of the others I purchased and returned. Top of shoulders are thin. Doesn't creep up! Sides are a stretchy material so gives that extra room you need sometimes; just tighten belts. Black and white so the guys don't mind wearing it if you have a friend along that needs to borrow it! That's a bonus!!

Great price, but you used FedX ........ They are the absolute worse delivery company...... Every time I order something where they are used I have problems, and this was no exemption......they said it had been delivered but it was not, after the long process of getting ahold of them they finally found and delivered my bag. Extremely frustrating. So I can't give 5 stars due to your company making the decision to use FedEx.

The helmet arrived quicker than I expected and was a bit too small for me even though I ordered the 2x extra large. I also thought it was a modular helmet. It was ok though my wife can wear it and she wants to take the chin bar off so it's good. We haven't ridden yet so how she likes it when riding will be later. It is a very light helmet which surprised me also.

Purchased a new front suspension for my sled. Quick and easy purchasing process. Items arrived within a couple of days. No damage and plenty of padding in the box. Haven’t installed yet but all parts are there.
