Good quality shoes and easy returns/exchanges when needed. Highly recommend.

Definitely the best shoe brand put there, I have had them before, and right now have two pairs. I have never been disappointed by them, and I have never heard something bad about them. BEST EVER!

I own six pairs of skechers and am very happy with my choice. They are extremely light, stylish and comfortable for a senior person to wear on their feet. The oneline shopping is easy and quick in delivery. Thankyou.

What I'm happiest about with the Skechers I just got is that you offer them in 1/2 sizes. I would probably buy more of your shoes except that they aren't all offered in 1/2 sizes.

My wife and I love Skecher shoes comfortable and stylish. We like in particular Skechers store in Trinity Leeds. Manager Johnny really helpful and has a great team. Special mention to Vicki who has unbelievable technical knowledge of Skecher shoes. Lovely personality and is so helpful thanks to all.

They lost my return shipment and their customer support answers every few days. If I had not contacted them after two weeks no refund would have been issued. Update: The return was found and the refund was immediately processed.

Great products, poor customer service. they charge you immediately and then if you have to make a return, good luck until you see your refund back.they receive the return goods and then you still have to wait and wait for the refund.

Best shose ever. Stability and quality. Bought the: Relaxed fit, D"Lux Walker water proof Black.Arch Fit RenderBobs squad Chaos White. Does not recommend those beacuse of the dirt really gets into the shoe. It's easier with black or white leather.

When I got my order information and told me cheak here for where your order is.I did not like that system, it was complicated and did not work properly. Otherwise my order got to me and is unharmd.

First I returned two pairs of shoes because they were too big. The process was easy and stress-free, and I received a credit very quickly. Then I bought another pair of shoes which are perfect!

Smooth transaction. Fast shipping. The adult shoes were too hard and hurt my feet, but at least my sons shoes turned out beautiful. I just wish that Skechers would continue to sell a certain type of shoe. Some of us have extremely sensitive feet, and the new styles just aren't the same.

Had a really good, positive experience purchasing my first pair of sketchers in the Basingstoke store. I was looking for running shoe that was shock absorbing, cushioning and allows for plush transitions. A lady in store gave me two styles to pick from. I was able to get my usual size which is a 4.5. I always struggle to get a 4.5 in shoes and usually end up with a 5. So I was happy about this. The runners I got are super lightweight. There was plenty of colour-ways to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised that the brand offers a 45 day return period. Only negative is that you can’t trial the shoes before deciding to keep them. Most running brands like Hoka one one and Brooks for example allow you to try your new runners and if they aren’t right you can return them no questions asked. Very good policy for new comers and eco siting customer who are trying a different style. I haven’t actually tried the shoes in action so can not comment on comfort or durability. But, based on this experience I would recommend this brand to a friend

This is my fourth pair of shoes from sketcher for this year. I just found out that my feet suit with sketcher the most by now! I stand and walk a lot for working all day and of course my all sketcher never hurt my feet after working all day long! thank you for your valuable products that creat for us! I loooove them !
