Is sitnsleep.dk Legit?

I recently bought a sofa from sit and sleep and paid for delivery. When the delivery team arrived, they couldn't fit the sofa through the entrance and only brought in the smaller half, leaving the larger part on the street. They told me I was "lucky" they even tried to bring in the smaller piece. They mentioned that the delivery paperwork required "easy access," but no one asked us about our entrance or measurements beforehand. To make matters worse, they said if the sofa didn't fit, we'd have to pay for the return delivery too. In the end, my boyfriend and a friend managed to bring the entire sofa inside in just five minutes. When we called the company to complain, they were very understanding and offered to refund half of the delivery fee, which seemed fair since only half the job was done by their team. While the customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, the delivery experience was disappointing and stressful.

I purchased a beautiful sideboard on sale.I was contacted immediately by the custumer service to agree on the delivery date.The delivery was punctual and directly in my apartment.I am very happy about the service and the product.I really reccommend purchasing here!

Worst customer service experienced since I moved to Danmark. They are just not ready to admit that there are issues with their products and as a customer, you can't do anything. I tried to reach out to some other representative from the company, they are even not ready to listen the issue, they just said that you have to reach out to the store from which you have purchased it (which is not ready to listen).

The service was perfect. They called me the day I ordered to make sure that the shelf was going to be delivered in a certain day, to hear whether that would suit me. I was very thankful because I forgot I was going in vacations the day after. After that I had to change my chosen delivery method from one person to two. They checked if it was possible. Called me two minutes later. We arranged the payment. Very polite and helpful assistant. I was still a little bit nervous. If they wouldn’t deliverer that day I would not have anyone to receive an extremely heavy shelf and I would only be back a week later… on the day, at 09:30. There was a very polite delivery man and the very heavy shelf in my living room. I was able to go on vacation without thinking about the shelf. I could not have asked for a better service. Great experience.

Hi,We have recently bought a "Continental Bed" from SitnSleep, Herlev. First of all, it was a pleasant experience visiting the show-room and selecting the right bed. Staff was very well experienced and had helped us out thoroughly, to choose the right mattress/bed. Secondly, the bed we have got is of high quality and good value for money.Last but not least, it was delivered as promised without any delays or hassles. Overall, its a good experience, so far, with SitnSleep.

Bought a TV Table. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the table, and it wasn't too expensive either. Looks amazing in our living room.

Dårlig kvalitet. Ordered a sofa from Sit’n Sleep. Delivery was relatively quick but the product quality is subpar. The sofa is made of very low quality materials but you cannot detect it right away. The fabric is nice but that’s about the only thing that is still nice. The back support pillows have gotten hard and uncomfortable, no amount of beating will soften them up.After about 6 months of use the the springs of the bottom have stretched out so it feels like you sit in a “hole”. And we are not heavy people, my husband - the heaviest - weighs 80 kg.Better spend your money elsewhere.Update!Our sofa started making crunchy sound about 1,5 years after we bought it. The company sent somebody to fix it. It seemed to help for a month and then it was back to the usual sit'n crunch. Finally, I opened the sofa up and realised that the crunchy noise comes from poor quality foam if one can even call it foam. Our sofa foam consists of little thumb sized foam pieces (leftovers) glued together. When pressure is applied, it makes crunchy sound and it onbviously isn't as durable as real foam.
