I once bought their Shipme website which was supposed to be similar to Uship. The site was dysfunctional and its features didn't work, and Sitemile never bothered to help deliver a complete "template". My advice: Stay away from their templates.Response: You're the delusional one, your website doesn't work! Your so called "maps" feature broke when we tried to use it, in fact your website would break down when we tested it. You keep making excuses for creating a non-functional website, read your other 1 star reviews and you will see that YOU may be the problem in all these situations.2nd response: I will send you a Skype message and you will remember me. Your site simply never worked the way it was supposed to.3rd response: How can anyone renew something that doesn't work? I paid the first time and your website kept breaking down. My client is using the Sitemile AuctionTheme for their WordPress Auction website. When they contacted me the website was using a very old and outdated version of WordPress (v3.8) and the site and theme needed to be updated to work with the current version of WordPress (v6.5). In additon the new site needed to be updated while maintaining all of the historic accounts and database records. I contacted support to ask if this was possible. Andrei said yes and offered advice, programming and support services over and beyond my expectations. All at no additional cost to the client. Andrei was very helpful and responsive. The AuctionTheme is now working and both the client and I are very pleased with the support we received.
Currently developing a new microjob site and decided to use the SiteMile Pricerr theme as it met all my requirements. It was a nice and easy install. Hit a snag with part of the transactional element of the theme and contacted support. I know there have been some poor reviews RE: customer service recently, but I found Andrei to be helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Set up a temporary admin account for him to investigate and he had the issue resolved within a few hours (less than 24hrs of contacting support), meaning we can now begin proper testing. Genuinely appreciate all the help, and so far I would happily recommend SiteMile and this product.

“Working with Sitemile was a Disaster.”

Working with Sitemile was a disastrous experience. Andrei from Sitemile fell short of expectations, missing multiple deadlines and promises throughout our project. Despite his friendliness and responsiveness, the development process (which he estimated would take 2 to 4 weeks to complete) was plagued by unexplained delays on his end, leaving us with minimal progress after 20 weeks and substantial payments totaling $4725 in custom work, and $474.09 in theme licenses and renewals. Andrei claimed he was a "man of honor" and agreed to a partial refund, but he has failed to honor the agreed-upon repayment schedule. He still owes $1937.50. Working with Andrei Saioc from Sitemile has proven to be a costly mistake, resulting in financial losses, and damage to my professional reputation. Andrei, please do not make promises you can't keep. Do not underestimate how long things will take to complete. Be honest with your clients about your progress and show your work. And when you agree to refunding someone, pay your refunds promptly. I paid your invoices immediately and gave you so much extra time, I expect you to be prompt with your refunds. Edit August 4,2024: It's now been over a year since we stopped working with Andrei, and he has yet to finish providing the refund he promised. He said he would pay the remainder of it at the end of July, yet that came to pass without the refund being provided. Every few months he says he's struggling, but that he's wrapping up a couple of projects and will pay at the end of the month, yet he doesn't pay. We agreed to a refund that he would pay in installments, but he stopped paying them in December of 2023, and still owes us $1937.50. Edit September 23,2024: Andrei said he was getting paid from some projects and would have the money on the 16th of September. The 16th came and went, and he then said he got the money but was waiting on the money to clear his account before paying out the refund. It's been a week since then and I haven't heard back from him, and he still hasn't provided the refund to me. As others have also said, your money will be lost. I bought their "auction theme". It looked good at first, but it sucks. The registration form is made of two fields "Username" and "email". I never thought someone into programming could come up with something like this. Needless to say that in a few days I had hundreds of users, all of them fake (all *******@yahoo accounts by the way). I believe these good comments above are put there for the most part by the maker of the theme as they have done on many websites. I purchased the theme and it looks good but as you get into the details it makes no sense. The owner who is apparently a one man show lies so often about support he is going to do which never takes place makes it in possible to seriously consider this for a business. Totally waste of money. There are always something not working in their themes. Their favorite word is "new release next week", which means "a patch maybe in the next 2 months". I have tried over and over to be patient with this company, but they are just terrible! Support never replies, there is NO documentation to the theme. They state they have 5 stars on trust pilot which is just a screen shot they put on their website, not their actual rating. They state they have the "best customer support" and when I asked about it, the owner replied "we do have the best support, other companies take days to reply" So what he's saying is that their support isn't great, it's just somewhat better than their competitors. It's impossible to get anything done with these people. The theme lacks necessary widgets to make this a functional theme. I am very pleased with the work they have provided me, they were able to install my script in my own server for free within 2 hrs from my purchase and they also offered to do custom work, as we needed to integrate a banking local gateway. We are from Italy and we needed this done as custom work. Their service was good, and not that expensive, we paid 65$ for the integration, while another developer on freelancer sites, asked us 300$ for this work. Other than that, top notch, and Andrei is very good at coding, also their forum staff was great Tip for consumers:a very good experience, trust them, they are the best Service Value Returns Quality

This site offers premium wordpress themes, that doesn't work 100%. A lot of bugs on there themes. I bought the Extra-dev license for Project Bidding Theme, and maybe it is the reason why there are a lot of bugs, because the license is for developers $#@! No assurance that they will work with your complain unless you bombard them with emails. Totally disappointing. Money gone for nothing and too much time wasted waiting for bug fixes. If I can rate this zero I would but $#@! That's all I can say.

I wish I had seen these review before getting in touch with Andrei Saioc, even if he is speaking my mother language he didn't have any dfficulties in fulling me. I asked him for a theme on his site but i needed some modifications on it since the beginning so we agreed on a price and paid half of the money first and the other half when he was supposed to deliver the modifications. Guess what? After 2 months of exchanging e-mails after I wrote several times the modifications I wanted, I never received the product I paid for but only promisses and lies. I cannnot understand how people give him positive reviews since I downloaded 2 themes of his and both were full of bugs! After I wrote a Fraud review here I received my money back from Sitemile so I removed my previous fraud post because it wasn't a fraud anymore. But I still lost 2 months on my project so this review will stay here.

[Andrei] In will be very soon, i am busy now -2 month later [Customer] Andrei, when you gonna complete this job? [Andrei] Soon -another month of nothing... [Customer] Hallo? [Customer] Andrei... did you even start this work? [Andrei] Sorry i dont have time now - 2 weeks later [Customer] Hey Andrei! I wait 8 month and nothing happen yet... and you have my money [Customer] Hallo? [Customer] Hey! Hallo!... Yes do you know why visitors cant see support forum? Because they will see only a LOT OF people who are complaining! - My original post was delted by this reaction I wrote there about SiteMile scripts are pretty bugged and that is one man show of developer called Andrei - he is EXTREME BUSY and dont have time for anything, he always miss deadlines and has lack of respect for customers. I reccomend you hire you own developer and create you own script - you save time and propably money too, actualy i dont know about single live working website based on sitemile script I do not recommend SiteMile Service Quality
