On returning items to be exchanged the whole process only took 4 days from sending back to receiving new items.Never been let down,always informed from start to finish.Would always without doubt recommend Site King.Fanatastic company with products to match.Thank you..!

Initially I was provided with a pair of work combat pants, bought for me off Amazon. I was so impressed by the quality and endurance of the pants that I went to order a few more pairs and - fortunately - I saw that the company had a UK website and the pants were a lot cheaper than buying through Amazon. I was able to buy four pairs directly from them, rather than 3 pairs from Amazon, for the same cost. I’ve been trying to find some work trousers for my 6’ 7” hubby for absolute ages…found you online and found a pair straight away…36”leg can be very hard to find…They arrived only 2 days from ordering and are fantastic!They fit perfect…I’ll definitely be buying more!…

I purchased 2 flip up medical face shields on 7th July and have not worn them very often maybe 4 or 5 times and the rubber / elastic link has snapped on both.I received a response within 2 hours of contacting Site King Safety requesting my order number and a photo of the item, which I did.I was issued with a full refund, and that Quality Control would ensure no other customer would suffer the same issue.I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome.Thank you

I ordered 2 pairs of work trousers for my partner. They arrived the next day but unfortunately didn’t fit. I contacted site king and asked if I could exchange. They said of course and sent a free return postage label. A few days after (again, sent next day delivery), the replacements arrived and they’re perfect! My partner is very happy with them!

When my parcel from Site King Safety Workwear failed to arrive I headed for the tracking info. A required photograph taken by the Royal Mail delivery driver showed a hand holding a parcel.......not my hand or even proof of delivery. Next step was to inform Site King of a non-delivery and 2 days later Site King sent a much needed replacement, so FULL MARKS !!!! The fault lay with Royal Mail and perhaps they left the parcel at the wrong address Thank you Site King.

I highly recommend this company, speedy delivery, excellent competitive prices and always seem to have plenty of stock. I've only ever had one issue which was resolved very quickly with a refund due to a certain type of ppe provider as some of the mask straps kept snapping, so you don't always get the same mask provider but these are the only company I use now any my MIL also uses them. Very happy with these.

I've been looking for a comfortable pair of trousers for years , I came across site king so I ordered 2 pairs for £14 very cheap and they are the most comfortable trousers I've ever had good quality very light and strong and a perfect fit thanks.If your reading this then buy a pair and see for yourself.

Was very happy with our purchase, had a lot of trouble finding trousers for my husband as he has a 29" inside leg, so to find some that actually fit, with enough crotch space as he says when he bends down without pulling his pants down 😂😂 he is very pleased with the the length and the waist which was 36"So will definitely be getting a more work trousers from this site, and looking at other work wear stuff, including steel toe cap boots etc, will post another review, whether good or bad, but hopefully we'll be happy, but thanks for trousers that actually fit him well!!!This is a true review, thankyou will be ordering again 😄

Ordered items midday and arrived the following day! Two colours were missing so I emailed them and they were also sent out immediately and arrived true next day. Marks are also really good quality and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and will buy from again.

I bought two pairs of steel toecap boots. Fantastic quality and an incredible bargain. Site King orders arrive lightning fast and dealing with their after sales is very smooth and easy. I think they need to improve the quality of the stitching. I have a pair of cargo trousers bought by my company 3 months ago and the leg seams are coming away, velcro pocket straps coming away and 3 of the picket edging have come away with items falling from my pockets.Well shoddy like.

Received the package in good time but as this is my third attempt to buy a pair of trousers that fit, I was left disappointed again even though I went 2 full sizes bigger than I am. The fit is horrendous and the tightness in all the wrong places means I can’t even sit in them. Awful trousers

I ordered a pair of work trousers which arrived promptly but were mislabelled on the packaging...no way the person packing the item could have known. When I phoned up to get a new pair the service was professional and efficient... I provided a photo of the labels and received a reply that day that I would get a new pair, which I did a few days later, No fuss, no argument just professional customer service. An excellent company, very happy to use them again.

Not a good experience in the slightest. From product to service. Going off our expensive. Customer service’s aim ‘’Wasn’t ‘’ to swiftly resolve the problem. Which resulted In the problem being prolonged. Very disappointed ( Good customer service costs less than bad customer service )

I ordered some more work trousers from Site King as mine needed replacing, nice quick delivery, only I ordered the wrong size, a quick phone call to them to explain my mistake, and I was able exchange them for my right size. Excellent service, fast response and no quibble exchange, brilliant! thank you
