Is singeroutlet.co.uk Legit?

Firstly I was undecided about which sewing machine was best for me. The person on the chat line was very informative and helped my make my choice. I am so pleased with my machine ( a Confidence 7640). Compared to my old machine it's like driving a super car!!

Around 12 years ago was the last time I've used a sewing machine, and it was during high school. I remember our school was equipped with Singer machines, and honestly, they are one of the easiest and best machines to use. Before buying singer machine M21, I've used the online chat and have asked for recommendations based on my needs of sewing. The staff members on live chat at very helpful and friendly to assist, even after purchase when having troubles with machine set up

I recently decided to upgrade my old, trusty sewing machine and got a great deal on a Singer heavy duty 4432 which is recommended by Which. I bought two items from singer seperatly over a couple of weeks, a dress makers mannequin and a new sewing machine to help me take my sewing to the next level. Shipping was free and both items arrived extremely quickly, as well as this there was a big sale on because of the sewing bee which was awsome. I returned a faulty machine ELEVEN days ago. I wrote to Singer FOUR times by email. NOT ONE response, lt alone a reply. Today I received a confirmation that I would receive a refund.I shall NRVRT, NEVER, EVER but a Singer sewing machine again. Customer Service is abysmal and they even sent me an offer to buy something else from them. IN YOUR DREAMS, Singer ! ! !

The lady on live chat was really helpful (when I couldn’t get through on the phone) I told her what I wanted and she sorted everything out for me.it was a very smooth transaction, thanks to her. Delivery was really quick and I’m delighted with my new machine.

50 years since I used a sewing machine - other than a taster session recently - and so have no idea what I need or what machine to buy. I used the chat facitility on the website: Danielle was professional in her advice and although I upgraded from the most basic model to one higher, there was no pressure of upselling. And for shopping on this auspicious day, I got a gift box too. Now to work out what to do with it! - I hope it comes with instructions and as much patience as Danielle gave me on line.

I’ve recently bought a heavy duty machine and overlocker and lots of different bits. I’m highly delighted both with the Facebook page and the online chat. Delivery was fast. Communication excellent. I can’t fault them. Did I mention the price !!

The advice given when deciding which machine to go for was fantastic. I am also extremely pleased with the machine. But I paid for express delivery which didn’t happen. Singer didn’t let me know that DPD had failed to pick it up. When I discovered I was told they’d get it to me the following morning. This didn’t happen either. The whole exchange with Singer was frustrating and not as informative as it should have been. I needed it urgently and I wouldn’t advise anybody in my position to rely on the service
