Is simplywigs.co.uk Legit?

Excellent customer service, showing real understanding of my issue. I already have 2 hairpieces from them and now returning for a full wig. Can't praise them enough.

Purchased 2 wigs human hair delivery was very bad had to collect them in the end from the sorting office.When trying the wigs on i took grate care not to handle them to much and had a wig cap on.The wigs looked poor quality so i boxed them up and turned them the next day. I then received an email saying that they smell of perfume and need to go to the drying room for one week.When i phoned them they explained that i would have to wait and see if the perfume leaves the wigs' they cost 3000 in total this company is a scam don't use as i still await a refund that i suspect i wont get!!!

Firstly, I must say the Customer Services Team are outstanding. Hugely helpful, understanding and cheerful, I received excellent customer care.Secondly, the wig is of such a high standard that everyone thinks I have a new hairstyle, as it is the identical colour of my own hair (lost most of my hair to Covid. I receive so many compliments. Thank you Simplywigs for restoring my confidence in my appearance. You are the best!!!

The wig is lovely, and the packaging and chocolate gift was a nice touch. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and colour initially but emailed and they got back to me the very next day confirming they've changed the size and colour. Customer service is top notch.

Very poor customer service. Curt and rude staff,who rely on vulnerable people using their online store to purchase necessity items. Refuse to cancel items therefore not adhering to any distance selling policies set out by the Government to protect consumers buying online. If you try to return any items they play hardball. I won’t EVER be spending any cash with them again. My experience this week has been appalling, upsetting and made me feel so upset. They have no morals and clearly rely on a pool of regular clients that they keep happy and don’t care how they treat customers they don’t have personal relationships with. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Simply Wigs are most definitely one of the best companies I have used in the UK for hair enhancements.The website is extremely informative with every detail you could possibly need to make an informed choice.I found the 360 view and customer photos especially useful.They are super friendly and helpful and quick to respond to queries and keeping you informed of your order progress.The orders are packaged very well and with care. If you should need to return, refunds are processed very quickly and with no difficulties.I cannot recommend them enough and would always make them my first choice in future purchases.

Avoid this company - they will not refund if the wig proves unsuitable ! I ordered the easi-fringe topper. It was completely unsuitable for my fine hair type and looked like an obvious wig when I tried it on. I called the company and asked for advice - they suggested I try an alternative style. Thankfully I waited before ordering the other style. I repackaged the item and returned it at my own cost. It was packaged in the same way as it arrived to me. I was denied a refund on the basis that the packaging tissue was ‘scrunched up’ and the wig was heavily perfumed - well, not by me!!! I appreciate that company’s need to take care that items are not used and returned - this item was not used. It was tried on and then returned. Very disappointed.

Ordering process very easy. Delivery exceptionally fast. Wig was stunning, ordered Reece - Noriko in Auburn Spice R. Came beautifully packaged.Have received many compliments on the colour and style. I was impressed with the service I received as this was my first wig and I did not know what to expect. I have ordered my 2nd wig and am awaiting its delivery. I was initially very nervous about ordering, however, I now wonder why I waited so long. I highly recommend Simplywigs.

I have just received my first wig from Simply Wigs. Ordering was easy it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Opening the package was great fun as the hairpiece was wrapped beautifully in tissue paper with an inspirational message and a chocolate! Who said Christmas only comes once a year!

This company and the lady I spoke to have to be the most helpful, courteous, friendly of any I have ever dealt with.They couldn't be more helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.Please if you ever need to buy a wig don't go anywhere else, these are the experts and the most genuinely lovely people I've ever bought anything from. This company is very good and their customer service is exceptional. I have made mistakes in the past ordering the wrong colour etc from other sites and not only do these other companies take ages to reply to my emails they won’t except returns. Simply Wigs excepts returns and they reply swiftly and are friendly and courteous. Their website is great and I love the fact they showcase the wigs and toppers on and 360 photo and photos of customers wearing the products. 100% recommended.

first time wig buyer after my mum started chemotherapy. The website is easy to navigate and find the right style and color. After I placed my order, the color I ordered was sold out and they company was very responsive to help me choose alternatives. They were very supportive and understanding. I ordered two wigs, with a stand and shampoo. One of them was too light in color and I returned it. The return process was smooth as well with very good email updates. My experience with a different company showed my how important timely responses and a quick delivery is

My wife suffers with alopecia and has done since ten years old. Since the lock down all of her hair has pretty much gone leaving her feeling incredibly down and frustrated. She’s had wigs before but has found them normally frustrating with weight look and cost. Recently she has used a interlace system which attaches to her remaining hair but as this has fallen out she now needed a wig. After spending hours looking on the net, and making various calls and seeking advise I can 100% say simplywigs was by far the best. It’s website is excellent and the customer service team are fantastic. Three wigs arrived with the other accessory’s and everything is amazing and exactly as described what a great company.

Very poor customer service, only interested in money. Waited a week and contacted them back to find out where my order was. They had not processed through even after confirming in an email, even though the order was nearly £500 and they knew I needed it they wouldn't ship special delivery wanted another £9 on top of £3.99 delivery charge there was no apology! Very disappointed!! Just been on to Wig's Boutique it was cheaper and will arrive tomorrow! Thanks for wasting my time Simply Wigs - Simply Rude!!

Once again another visit to Simply wigs, it now feels like my second home absolutely love going up there. Everyone is amazing, Jodie Sue and the rest of the team, nothing is too much trouble and they are happy if you are happy, customer service is fantastic.

AVOID both this item (Sango wig Sentoo) and this company!Bought this substandard piece of rubbish, and after less than 4 weeks, the fringe totally frizzed up and was static, standing on end, looking ridiculous.They “sent it for a quality assessment”, only to return it, trying to blame me from everything from opening an oven door to standing too close to a lightbulb! Despite adamantly telling them over and over that this couldn’t possibly be, since I only wear it outdoors, they washed their hands of all responsibility, leaving a £200 hole in my pocket, for an item that I got less than 4 weeks wear out of.You’d be better off buying this Chinese-made cheap rubbish wig, directly from such websites, where the price is a more justified match to the quality (or lack of!).

I have ordered from this company several times. Fantastic service. Great communications, great quality genuine products. When I needed to return one of the wigs because it didn't suit me, I got a no quibble refund. Having got my fingers burnt by a company with a great website but poor products and customer service, I'll be sticking to simply wigs in the future.

I have had my faith restored by this company, you will see from my previous review on wigsway which is a disgusting company in China. I looked at the site of simplywigs and was delighted to find a telephone number and address so you could contact them direct, I ordered two hair pices, from the time I ordered it was a pleasure to deal with this company they are totally professional, customer service is paramount to them & most importantly my wigs where exactly what I ordered and where fabulous in quality, I had to sent one back as an exchange, this was made so simple for me to do. I was treated appallingly and I have Alopecia and find sourcing wigs a very stressful thing. Sue lied about how the conversation took place between her and I, but it's okay because luckily I record all my calls. Also the owner Emma, SHOUTED AT ME, DIDN'T LET ME SPEAK, REDUCED ME TO TEARS AND ACCUSED ME OF SOMETHING I HAD NOT DONE. I am APALLED at the treatment of this company for vulnerable customers. SHAME ON YOU! I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO TRADING STANDARDS! Tip for consumers:These people treated me like absolute garbage. I was in tears, stressed, shaking and was treated appallingly!!!!!!
