Still waiting for my order to be delivered, looks like it’s going to take 7 days, wish I’d have gone to Boots now and picked it up. Think twice before ordering from these

This company give excellent post sales customer service. After a few years of receiving a product, It was replaced with one which was not the same, and unusable, being too large to swallow. I contacted them and they replaced with a different batch, without charge and without any real quibbles. All emails were responded to promptly, and whatever they said they would do, they did it. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have been using Simply Supplements for a number of years and have been very impressed with the level of service and the ease of use of their website. I have recently had a failed delivery (the fault of the delivery company EVRI). When flagged up to the Simply Supplements customer service team I was immediately dispatched a replacement order. What more could you ask for.

My save and subscribe order for Maxi-Joint Plus 1000mg for Medium to Large Dogs is currently out of stock until September. Spoke to Natalie who apologised for them not being available and was extremely helpful in suggesting alternative products. Not only was I able to choose one of these but she also gave me the discounted price although being an 'one off' order until my regular product is back in stock. Excellent on site customer support, i was not able to order one of the products as it appeared out of stock, the customer service was quick and supportive advising an alternate. delivery in less than a week. i order constantly for 4 years now, and happy with the products, great dosage, and healthy add to the health.

Ordered I item in error. Returns free post label made available with no quibble and a refund offered although I chose to not to take it but to remain in credit for future purchases.

Whilst the service etc is very good I unfortunately nearly lost my life trying to swallow a glucosamine tablet. Why in Gods name are they so HUGE? I even broke it in half but I CHOKED on that, couldn’t breathe for some time as it stuck in my throat, I panicked but thankfully a banging on my back loosened it and was able to spit it out.I will not be ordering again and will not be taking my life in my hands again. Please be aware that these pills are ‘reasonably priced’ due to their size.

I’ve purchased the plant sterols for a long time and even though tablets were quite big I managed ok with them and hopefully they keep cholesterol lowered. However I’ve just purchased them again and unfortunately the tablets have increased in size making them very difficult to swallow. It’s a shame they’ve been altered as I feel unsure about using them again.

Cheapest supplement company on the market. Very easy to mix, especially in comparison to other companies like Bulk for example, with a good taste and the best value for money that can be found.

I think these multivitamins have the most complete formula I've ever seen. Well, the taste is not fantastic, but that's not an issue. I recommend them to anybody.

Plant sterols tablets 800mg warning The size of these tablets are large my wife cut one in half and it went down the wrong way into her window pipe and lodged there it has taken a operation at hospital to remove it god only knows what would have happened if she had taken the full size pill 💊 she is still in hospital recovering
