silkysilky.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives silkysilky.com a fairly low score on the platform: 25.6. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Suspicious. Unsafe. Doubtful.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 25.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to silkysilky.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Suspicious. Unsafe. Doubtful. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning silkysilky.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between silkysilky.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of silkysilky.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of silkysilky.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. silkysilky.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether silkysilky.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether silkysilky.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, silkysilky.com.

I ordered four products and wanted to return two. I sent four emails asking for an address to return the items. Jay, would not give me the return address. He ignored my request and then said he would give me a coupon. I said I didn't want a coupon, I wanted to return the item. He sent me the following e-mail saying I'd inconvenienced him. Hi Joanna,UK222277362 for TG-02S002-Black-MSorry to hear that you still want to return it, but considering the troubles for both parties, we would like to offer you a 20% coupon for it and you can use it for your next order. Please let us know if you accept itI said no I wanted to return it but he hasn't given me a return address. Also I've received over 30 emails from them telling me to buy stuff. Never use this place. They are fraudsters.
Wish I’d read the reviews here! Terrible quality, the hair bonnet I bought is tiny and wouldn’t fit a child. I got a reply when I emailed about a return, twice trying to persuade me to exchange instead of return, obvs don’t want to do this because the quality is horrible. Third email repeating that I want to return the item is being ignored.
I bought two cowl neck tops, both size small. One was a good fit, the other was a totally different shape and size. Returning is at buyers expense to United States, even though this is a Chinese manufacturer.. From Australia cheapest post is $38.65. For a top bought for $88 its not worth it. Lesson learned, read reviews first from a company not associated with Amazon.
do not buy. inferior quality.
Thieves. Refuse to refund my money on a lost item.
I ordered 2 items and only one arrivedThey haven't got back to me and charged me for two
To sell 100% polyester pyjama’s for $200 and call it 100% silk is a fraud! I treated myself to a pair of pyjamas, hoping to get a superior product and feel comfortable. An awful, cold feeling from the polyester (which I would never come close to) on the skin. The material is slippery too. A through out, $$ wasted!!
I wish id read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased a silk head scarf and they charged £6.99 delivery, which wasn’t obvious at the checkout. I complained because I don’t think you should call a charge postage, if it’s three times the price that the postal companies charge. Be more transparent and charge more for the item, because that’s essentially what you are doing. How can you justify £6.99 for a scarf weighing less than a gramme. Disgusting. Customer Services just quoted me free delivery if I spent £50, they didn’t understand my complaint and didn’t care.
100% Silk, feels and wears like silk, arrived spot on time, in a nice presentation box, sizing looks good, if a touch on the small side (M) for women.Initially I was very skeptical as the response from “noreply.uksilkysilk.com” on the order receipt email and a search for a UK business address turned up nothing, that does not fill you with confidence and I thought I’d fallen for a scam. I paid via credit card to share financial responsibility. However, I’m very pleased with what’s arrived, via Royal Mail, the quality and the price.
Impossible to get a refund. After order pyjamas which arrived and didn't fit at all I requested a refund and it took multiple emails, chasing over a few weeks to get an agreement of being able to refund (lots of suggestions of if you pay 50% you can keep item etc). I wish I'd done this as upon finally sending the item back to them (an address in Germany not the UK) they are now saying they can't find it in the warehouse and can't refund me. This isn't surprising as no unique identifier or reference was given to me to return the item just an address. I wouldn't order from them again.
You are bombarded to sign up to their newsletter on the website. Then unable to unsubscribe from their newsletter which sends me spam emails several times a day. The unsubscribe button takes you to a page where the 'yes' button to unsubscribe doesn't work. This is not compliant with any of the data protection legislation. Complete scam company. I wouldn't order anything with them, just sorry I hadn't seen the other trustpilot reviews before now.
Buyer please be aware. This is subpar and low quality lingerie, and if you make the purchase and realize this, you will NOT be able to return it per their return policy, virtually anything you can put on, is not returnable, or exchangeable. The customer service is terrible. The sizing is terribly off, and the material is not as represented.
Avoid at all costs! This company does not answer queries and has no address for returns. I bought a pair of pyjamas for my husband. They did not fit and were of poor quality. You are given a services email to require a refund and return address (their website claims queries will be answered within 24hrs). Not only do they not answer but on sending a 2nd and 3rd email to the same address, I've now received a "Postmast undeliverable".
Pure scam!Spent £635 to purchase items. They arrived and the quality is absolutely chocking. I have been trying to rerun for weeks. Paid an additional £61 for DHL return. Problem with their address so held at customs. They failed to respond to German customs which I think is trying to track the seller. They never responded to them. They never responded to DHL and didn’t act on my request to arrange collection of the package. Several weeks after, the package is returned back to me. It has been 2 months, costing me over £700 and I can’t get my money back. Reported to Action Fraud to international investigation and the Police. It doesn’t surprise me if they are already trying to shot them down. No telephone number to ring. It’s chocking that a scam like this is allowed to operate for so long
What a dodgy company. My dad ordered over £600 worth of items from here over a few months. I wish I knew he was. All the pants and shorts have has bought have ripped at the seams. Silksilky customer service, Amy, does not read emails you have to constantly repeat yourself and they refuse to give refunds thinking you’d be stupid enough to take a discount code to order more dodgy items. Avoid at all costs waste of space and items are a very poor quality. In the process of contacting trading standards and credit card company as products are not fit for purpose
Received what was advertised as silk long sleeve vest. Looked at label and it says 35% silk / 65%rayon. Admittedly in small print the web site says this but the headline for the item is silk. I could have bought the same item in 100% pure silk in UK for similar price and got in a couple of days. If I return it I will have wasted twice the postage.Going by the other reviews they need to amend their ways.
It's a fraudulent company- offering quality silk goods with free, no quibble refund - no so Firstly, they are not in UK as their company title suggests, they appear to be a Chinese operation based in GermanyThe product is transited through a Heathrow property but not used for returned. They refuse to answer and only when I made clear I would be using trust pilot and the consumer contract regulations to sue them (Germany is covered by these Regs), they then disclosed the German operation They have poor English, clearly Asian - revealed in subsequent emails - they are not a UK company - it's a breach of trading standards . They refused to return my emails. Their webpage contact form isn't working effectively. They are a third party to Chinese silk products - which I have no objection to. The world's silk comes through China - but they are scam artists hiding a sale with barriers to returnMy return was not of product quality but of size. It appears an Asian lady is smaller frame than her European counterpart, so size for size measurements are of no comparison don't buy here - you will lose money They are scam artists, they refuse to cooperate, they refuse to communicate and they hide so as not to take in a return and provide monies backThey are relatively expensive also, you will find the same product on eBay for a 1/10 th of the cost, you will have to wait for the airmail and remember to order a couple of sizes up .Dont squander your money
WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!I bought 3 silk nightdress and 2 silk robes. Over 1 month ago!Items sizes are incorrect to standard UK Sizes.Quality is not that great - You can buy the same items direct from China with AliExpress.ComCustomer PAYS THE RETURN!! Send it Tracked and Signed For!!SilkSilky will try their hardest to AVOID giving you a full refund!Suggesting you keep their items and they will give you vouchers.Of course, you would not buy from them again using the vouchers - as you are in a chain of getting wrong sizes!Credit Card Claim now opened.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!REVIEW - Other Customers were RIGHT!!AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!Date of experience: 25 May 2023
Terrible product that started showing defects with barely no use and scammy vendor asking me to resell their product and refusing to refund an item that was sent back in its original conditions.
Scam! Avoid at all cost guys. They use false courier 17track. They give you false tracking numbers and delay you in hope of stealing your money. Start your claim against them now.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
