i had an excellent experience with the silkonme company! i got beautiful jewelry that fit perfectly and was really good quality! as an ambassador i received free jewelry and only had to pay for shipping!! shipping took a little longer than i expected but it still came in in a reasonable amount of time. the company always responded to me timely

I paid over £60 and after more than 20 days, there were still no sight nor shipping notice of the jewelry. When I reached out to the support team, they first replied with template message that all boxed are only sent at the end of the month. (By then it had already been a good 10 days into the next month anyways.) After I explained the purchase date the support then said the jewelry is at the warehouse and I will be notified when it’s shipped. I requested a cancellation if after more than 20 days the item hasn’t been shipped, but according to the support, “ Note that any orders that have already been submitted this month cannot be cancelled, this is why we suggest cancellation request to be done prior to subscriptions renewal.”While my order was placed last month and it is not a subscription, the support team kept a confusing language and never directly answered my questions. To top it all, this has been 28 days and there is no shipping notice.This is a scam, please note that it is not a legit jewelry brand.

Your package will be triple packaged for protection, you will receive small zipper baggies with amazing messages on them that hold your pieces of jewelry and then the pieces themselves….breathtaking. Great quality as well.

they approve everyone as an ambassador and then scam them. they said they would be charging me only for shipping for my boxes as an ambassador and then charged me 50% of the box PLUS shipping for my second box as an ambassador. don’t do it.

The jewellery came and would I think it was worth anything more? Maybe not but it was nice having a suprise every month. I got a bracelet and it snapped within a week. I contacted the company and they asked me to send a picture which I did, I then heard nothing back so continued to message them and then I got blocked.
