The latter pretends to be a bulk/freight shipping company and also fraudulently charges via paypal under the guise of "required, refundable fees" that never end. All paypal payments are instructed to be paid to an individual, not a business, and they are instructed to be paid as "family and friends," which makes it difficult for the victim to have those funds refunded. The latter also began to threaten me when I started pointing out how shady their actions were. Absolutely DO NOT interact with these sites!
