Is signwindisplay.com Legit?

Your system does not include helping customers beyond your website. YOU say it's more convenient. For us, we are used to sending artwork and then having an invoice sent.

Placing my graphics onto the displays and signs is something that I can’t do. I don’t know the scale or the fit. To change me to do that was like selling me a tire and changing me to put air in it. It’s part of the process. I found a competitor who is working with me to get this right and look professional for $500 less than you charged. I feel confident that I will get a good quality product and not be over charged and add ons to the project. You lost this customer for this project and any further projects.

The product was what I expected! Looks wonderful and can’t wait to use it. However, would like suggestions for what to use inside to make sure it doesn’t get knocked over since it’s only a light frame.The unexpected boarder duty was not appreciated since had to pay $500 to ship to Canada. The least they could have done was pay the $42 to cross boarder!

We used the design service to order our 10x10 setup and they were great. The team helped make our design come to life.

Well thought out design Part connections were labeled well which made is very easy to put togetherI especially like how parts came with high quality storage bags and the whole thing stores conveniently in the one display tables top and bottom The whole thing packs up into a manageable single unit and looks niceThanks

This is the second order I have placed with Signwin for a booth backdrop. The first turned out so great that I didn't hesitate coming back to them for the second one. Communication with customer service was awesome and the booth got here super quick!

I have ordered through Signwin now twice - for a 10X10 booth and for a personalized table top. Alexa, the polite and helpful lady who always helps me is super prompt at getting back, answers all your questions explicitly, gives me honest feedback on what would work best for our needs, and is amazingly calm and friendly. They also make sure your items are shipped and delivered based on the time frame they commit.I would never order my personalized displays for my company conferences through anyone else.

Signwin was a great partner to work with. They were responsive, quick and communicated any issues/discrepancies in artwork received vs purchased as well as artwork not fitting the specs of what was purchased. Once onsite for the build out the pieces were just beautifully printed. The clients Brand Equity colors were true to what was delivered and it was crisp with clean lines. Outstanding assistance. Since the first day, Signwin has done an excellent job for me, and I could not be more pleased. The receptionist was always receptive to my questions when I called. As promised, the delivery arrived on schedule, which will put the cherry on top of the cake.

Delivery at the warehouse took long time since they didn't want to search for the name or company name in the order by refusing to check in your system, also were rude with my daughter doing the pickup and ordered her to leave the premises which is not at all correct. We had to call the office to get the PO #Awful customer service at the warehouse!!

Once again, Signwin went "Above & Beyond"! I needed to order a second cover for my booth backdrop with different graphics for a conference. Signwin made it easy! I sent them over an idea of what I wanted and they worked their artistic magic and produced an amazing cover! Buggy site that makes ordering nearly impossible. API errors and other problems. Even their PayPal integration is broken. What should have been a fast and simple process took 10+ hours to order.Customer service is slow to respond or non-responsive. They seem like they are too backed up to effectively handle orders right now. I'm hoping the booth I ordered even arrives in time.

Every time I've ordered displays or signs from Signwin, it's been an excellent experience. They do top quality work and deliver on or earlier than the delivery date requested. I recently had something I tried to order and they stated they couldn't make the date I requested as they had received an excess of orders and didn't want to risk not delivering the product on time. I appreciated that they were up front about that rather than taking the order an not delivering in the time I requested. I would (and have) highly recommended them to others.

Signwin team, especially Alexa, was incredibly helpful in answering all questions, especially as this was my first time ordering a booth. Alexa even went out of her way to make sure we had the right Pantone colors, etc. All pieces of our booth met our expectations, and the booth is quite easy to put together!
