Gina was very thorough and was clear and easy to understand. She kept her instructions at a good pace for everyone to follow along.
How to determine font size when tagging is very difficult to find. Also, with customer service closing at 5:00 ET, makes it difficult when we are in a later time zone and have questions. When we’re in a hurry, going through your frequently asked questions or knowledge center isn’t helpful. However, once Customer Service replies, they are helpful.
There are a lot cheaper companies.. as a new RON , “buyer beware” .. training is fine but the monthly charge and cancellation fees are exorbitant. do not get into their 2 year commitment unless you ready to go get business to make it pay off.. their follow up prior to signing contract was great.. when you are locked into the contract not sure of their follow up . I tried to contact Sam the original contact and he never returned call or responded. That was my first disappointment.. the others did respond to emails. .
My signers are still having trouble with completing the KBAs, but the Face Biometric seems to have worked better. The video of the ID was helpful to identifying the signer for the purposes of the electronic journal. I would change the process of signing into the document to complete any text boxes left incomplete at the end of the signing for the notary. It appeared that the signer did not complete the text box and I would have preferred that I could just complete the text box for them.
My experience was great due in a large part to the hands on training and positive coaching online and in Team Meetings. Through the meeting with the trainer and the online training, I feel confident that I am able to complete any notary task that comes up. The resources available to me as well as having a point person to contact if I need help is truly great.
I had questions about my purchase, so I called to get information. I was told, "that everyone in the invoice department is in a meeting, I can have them call you back, but no one reached out to me." In the meantime I attended the 1st training, and tried to view it, but there was no link. Later, I was invited to the 2nd training session, but then found out that it was the same as the first. I paid $300, then found out I should have only paid $100 for a year. I wanted to cancel but now I'm stuck with it and out of $300. Not happy with the company.
Gina's voice is always welcoming and she is always ready to help. I have been on other platform that said they would have help available but when I needed the help no one was available to help or they would just send a link and since these platforms are cheap I found their lack of help frustrating.
