Is signalstart.com Legit?

As a signal provider, I've encountered issues with SignalStart on two separate occasions. The first problem arose after I paid the fee for my signal. A few days later, the live data feed suddenly stopped. It took contacting their support team and waiting a few more days before the data finally started syncing again.The second issue was related to discrepancies in the drawdown figures. SignalStart's feed showed a drawdown of around 80%, whereas my actual drawdown was under 10%. Once again, I had to reach out to support to get the feed refreshed.Overall, I'm not impressed with their service.

really a lots of things need it....no customer support...i paid a signal provider and he make me loses in just one day i need my refund from this signal service

During in the middle of copy trading, suddenly got blocked of all signalstart pages. Could not see my membership page/signal page/billing page, etc...And I still have copy positions opening and trades undergoing!! Very unreliable!!Error 1015 You are being rate limited

Reliable copying service. Reasonably priced and great service. No need for VPS and a reliable connection. Customer services, if you have any queries, is great. You need to do your research on which signal to follow as many of the "top-rated" signals rise quickly, blow and you can lose some/most of your investment - Do your research and select a trader that trades in line with your risk management strategy and you can make some decent, consistent returns,

Signalstart.com delivers a safe and reliable copy trading. I have chosen them because they depend on myfxbook and independent from a broker. Once you have sorted and selected the signal provider it is an easy process. The price point could be high if you have a very small capital under $500 in order to cover your costs.

I am a trader & signal provider to Signal Start owned by MyFXbook.com. I have ranked No 1. No 6. and anything down to 45 Globally. I used Signal Start as a medium for others to follow me and subscribe to copy my trades. In under 7 months, I generated 323% capital growth with less than 23% drawdown with real £10K deposits. I did 1,167 trades.I am happy that working with them even when things need sorting out are done in a prompt and professional manner.

Not reliable signal copier. My account is active and they took regular subscription amount for my account. It stopped copying trades from 08-Dec-2023. There was no email and nothing. There are lot of technical glitches. There is no support.Reply to SignalStart: It is a joke, there is no live chat option in your website, Contact us takes to form submission where you will come back with an irresponsible answer whenever you like.

I propose considering the introduction of a "stop copying" or "stop and close all trades" option if a custom balance or drawdown level is reached. The current options only stop at not opening new orders. If we stop only at this option, it poses a risk if the price goes in the wrong direction, leading to heavier losses. Therefore, providing an option to close all trades and stop copying is necessary.

I have found Signal Start to be transparent and helpful. I did make some losses as I worked a few things out - such as taking a better look at a signal's equity growth vs revenue growth (some traders constantly have a lot of losing open trades which makes it hard to ever 'get off them'), and realising my broker could not provide me the spreads i needed to copy an account which scalped. when i've had issues their customer service has been quick to respond and they refunded the account fee for the scalping example above even though it was really my issue not theirs.

Website was down for 2 days. I pay subscription fee for 2 signals + the monthly signalstart fee. The system i copy does not trade regularly. Now the system made around 6,65% while the website was down. That would mean a 8% gain for me (1,2 multiplier) which would equal around 160 euros of missed profit. How is Signalstart going to compensate this?*UPDATE I have been compensated for the promised 3 months, this is still however not close to the amount I missed but it is fine for now. I have adjusted my review and would like to thank Signalstart for solving this matter.*

I have been using SignalStart for just over 2 months now. And I am very happy with the service provided so far. I would agree that you really do have to choose your signal wisely. Just because a signal is ranking no.1 doesn't mean it is the most reliable or consistent strategy. You need to study the win ratio, the drawdown, length of trade etc, to see whether it matches your appetite for risk. If you do this thoroughly and start small, I think you will be more than happy with the results. I have been dabbling in forex trading for about 10 years now and this is the first truly consistent site I have found. But choose your signal wisely!

Useless website, i.m paying subscription + copy trading fee (which signalstart takes 30% off ) and their website is down for 12 hours and counting, no updates, no replies to mails, no nothing. What a horrendous way to treat clients. I am literally losing money due to this crap

The company isn't to bad although they don't reply to emails they don't like. I've followed 5 different signals, all of them end up gambling or blowing the signal. The last one funded his account when in large drawdown before getting margin call. If I didn't spot this , my account would have blown.If I didn't have the funds to top up, my account would have blown..Time to retire from this service as I'm near 40K+ down..

Great site but really let down by the lack of a PayPal payment option and other methods.Recurring payments frequently do not go through and no notification option for SMS alert is a big miss.Spliting the payments into a service fee and signal fee is at best confusing and the option of a one off monthly payment would improve things.

i have experience with signal statt for around 15-18 months.there is only once the signal wasnt follow, i have to engage them and they reconnect the signal for me.selection of signal to follow has a huge variety, 1 signal provider help me gain 5 fold over 15 months. but he left signal start.what a pity. unable to contact the signal provider.over all experience is good with signal start

Signalstart was shutdown for 2 days. I was expecting that trading is still managed. However later found that my trades were closed 2 days late resulting in loss of -3157$ ! So signal provider made a profit however due to platform shutdown I have lost almost 30% of my deposit.
