Really disappointed after receiving someone else's order and invoice note showing all of their details, yet sent to my name and address. This also means someone has my personal details. Very unprofessional. Has cost me tike and potentially losing clients who are booked in when I was relying on my order being here. I wasn't offered any form of future discount or good will gift for the poor customer service. Very offputting unfortunately.

What a journey I’ve been on with Sienna X and I’m still training on more treatments with them now but I’ve just received the nicest most overwhelming email from the lead trainer Leigh and I’m delighted to say I’m now a master in spray tanning!! The delivery was slow and I paid for it.i ended up having to drive an hour and half round trip for solution as I had clients booked.

I purchased the new cleanse, body scrub and moisturiser from the bath and body range and decided to take the moisturiser on holiday and use as an after sun each evening. It was the perfect lotion to use while I was abroad in Barbados. It’s non greasy and absorbs very fast. Upon returning home I have continued with the cleanse, a weekly scrub and daily moisturiser and I still have a wonderful tan 4 weeks after returning to the UK! My skin is naturally very dark (Naomi Campbell dark) and I really believe that using these Sienna X products has helped to prolong my tan significantly.

I decided to do my Spray Tan Level 1 with Sienna X and would highly recommend it. The training was faciliated by Leigh in Croydon who is such an amazing training, you really leave the day feeling absolutely confident in spray tanning.There products are amazing and leave a real nature look. Been using Sienna gradual tan for a few year's now. I'm fair skinned so don't like dark/orange tones. This is ideal for topping up every 2-3 day's. Easy to apply with a Sienna tanning mitt and also Sienna Perfect self tan Primer.

If you’re lucky enough to have Leigh as your trainer then I can honestly say you are going to have the best training! It was AMAZING! Leigh is so knowledgeable and made us all feel at ease. I’ve done a few other training courses with different companies but I have never felt so comfortable and confident straight after a training course as this one.

Fantastic product for experienced therapists! A great touch for brides to put transfer concerns at ease, and also anyone who just wants a subtle dusting. I use this solution regularly and the proof is in the pudding. Zero transfer is certainly a spray tan thing! Also smells delishhhhhh
