Ordered 2 bedside cabinets they arrived well packaged with easy to understand instructions for building which I managed to do in 10mins. Really pleased with the quality and style excellent value for money . I will definitely order from this company again

Very good selections of items and goods. I found exactly the items I was looking for at a great price. Best value for money I could find around. The delivery service was also very efficient and communications were sent all along the way as some items came from Europe and were on a longer lead time.

I ordered a matching lamp set and had excellent service from start to finish. The lamps came quickly and I was also provided with a free gift during the bank holiday, as Shropshire had an offer running adding a free scented diffuser to my cart. I have bought another diffuser as it's so nice. The lamps are very heavy and fragile but arrived in perfect condition. I am really pleased to have found the company as they have very unusual and beautiful items and look forward to buying more from them very soon.

Gorgeous reed diffuser which is a great size. This is the second one I’ve purchased as they are so long lasting with a wonderful fragrance. I have bought a number of items including furniture from Shropshire and as always the quality and customer service is excellent, very quick delivery and well packaged. Thoroughly recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute awful company to deal with. We have been waiting delivery of our item, that was supposedly in stock, for over 2 months. The goods have apparently been in transit for this entire time however have not arrived. SD are unable to confirm an ETA. Shocking service from a company who “pride ourselves on being a beacon of trust and reliability” as detailed on their very own website.

An excellent shopping experience from start to finish. Jacob from customer services put my mind at ease answering my queries prior to ordering. Communication around delivery was excellent and the table was available earlier than the anticipated wait time which was a great bonus for us as we needed it for a set date and had left ordering to the last minute. I was looking for a very specific item - a vase by a Dutch designer - and had done a big online trawl trying to find the best price (while keeping a close eye on the reputation of the company selling, of course). Shropshire Design had the product at a much cheaper price than quoted anywhere else. The vase arrived very well-packaged and exactly as described and looks beautiful in my living-room. When I had a query about the delivery time, it was handled very promptly and with courtesy. I will definitely check in with this company next time I am on the hunt for something in the home decor area.
