Is showroom.pl Legit?

1) The platform has quite poor description of items- translation is done by AI/google translate and the outcome is not checked.2) The search function does not allow to put items into wishlist which is inconvenient.3) Pictures are limited or misleading - the skirt I purchased was supposed to be grey herringbone wool as per pictures, while the skirt that arrived was shiny black. Such item was also on sale though the showroom, but it was not what I selected.

I've been buying by Showroom for quite a long time. Everything goes smooth, quick delivery, quality products, easy returns. I'll surely come back.

Showroom cancelled my order after 5 days with no reason, the shoes I ordered are still available in my size, but the price changed, so they cancelled my order with explaining that they can't sell me the shoes at the price I paid for them with Black Friday code. Customer service tried to help but the price of the shoes I originally purchased went up significantly and was not reinstated.

I am comlitely not satisfied because I received completely different product that ordered. I ordered scarf multicolor with red but I received totally different collie black an white which I do not wont to.!!!! I am very angry wich that! I paid for the product that I ordered ( it was shown on your page ) but I received totally different color and I do not wont it at all!!! I am very much disgusted and disappointed!!!

Huuuuuge variety of clothes and accessories by popular luxury brands. Very often they have extra discount promo code or personal promo code. Delivery is quite fast. The only thing is I would add extra options to carriers list since currently there is UPS by default only.

The only thing that disappointed me was the quality of the delivery due to the error of the seller. I entered a different delivery address than the one on the invoice, but the goods were sent to the wrong address. The speed of delivery and packaging was at the expected level. I fully recommend the service to other potential buyers.

I wish I could give -5 starts. This company is a complete joke and mess. They sent me the wrong product, even after I warned them. Customer service is disorganized and gave me the wrong information with great confidence. It's been more than a week and I don't have neither my money nor the product that I ordered. What's even more unbelievable is that they continue to sell the wrong product on their website.

They failed to deliver my first order and trying to apologize they provided me with a discount code that doesn't work. The email address they state for questions and support does not accept emails. To summarize, this is the worst shopping experience I've ever had

I ordered a bag that was available and paid, and after a few days I received a reply from the store in Italy that the bag was no longer available and my discount had expired. At the same time, I checked the current stock on the showroom website and the Bag was still available. Completely incomprehensible behavior to me. I think that Italian store Tluxy sell what they want and to whom they want. Sad
