Complete fraudsters. Scam. I was duped into buying apple AirPods on a special deal from a fake MediaMarkt (Switzerland) advert on instagram. Then I was charged TWICE, by two allegedly separate companies; shoptoyjoy and mytoytrove…The “parent” company seems to be Petucho Ltd… in Cyprus. Some character called ELENI AGATHANGELOU is apparently the director of this thieving operation. I received BS T&Cs/contracts from both outfits by email. Called bank immediately and cancelled card.Not 1 star. Minus 5 stars. Steer clear.

Absolute con, thought I was buying Steven brown Artwork, but once I paid I got an email to say i had subscribed to shoptoyjoy ! They even used the correct Steven brown page. I emailed immediately to say I want my goods. They said because I authorised payment in bank I would have to go through bank. I raised a complaint ticket with them and keep getting the message someone will get back to me. The ticket has now expired. And I still have to wait 14 days according to the bank to give them time to rectify. DO NOT BUY
They offered me my refund which i requested before and request ti give us 4,5 star review. Lets see if they refund my money or not.

They put a misleading add say that you can win a box with gift paying only two euros and when you do that they activate a membership of 50 euros to be renewed in a couple days. If you cancel it to avoid renewal they charge you 7 euros and you don’t get you box with gifts. Scam!
