Is shoptery.com Legit?

Expensive product, cheap quality. I ordered a hoodie in a large, it took over a month to be delivered and when I enquired for updates I was told to just be patient. I was later informed (after having to ask) that my delivery had been delayed. No information was given to me. The product was absolutely not worth the money, extremely thin cheap material and isn’t a large at all, it’s closer to a small. Would absolutely not recommend ordering from here!

My item arrived fast. Also, after I changed my mind on colour & before shipping customer service was prompt in accommodating my request. Very efficient company. Sweater looks great- it is a xmas gift & I'm sure it will be much loved & worn. 5⭐️thankyou!

i ordered some jeans but accidentally put half my address, so had to refund and order a new pair. communication was amazing and very fast throughout. delivery was around 2 weeks which was stated. i think i bought a size up because i’m a tall man and they fit perfectly. i’ve had so many compliments and the material is very good :))

Most BS company ever and I’ll write it all over the internet so no one makes the mistake of buying anything from here. Bought a pair of sandals and was charged but never received a confirmation email and it’s impossible to get in touch with them. I’ve called their fake ass number and emailed their fake email address and chatted their fake customer support. They’re simply not real and post fake post and reviews to dilute the actual people who have been con-ed. Why take the risk? Please just go shop at somewhere without fraud claims.

There is a vast choice of dresses in that shop. In short, we have enjoyed our visit very much, the customer service went far beyond what we expected, for example they extended the opening hour just for us

Truly I'm just annoyed because I had a few complications with my order. I tried to get in contact with them but its been nearly a week and theres been no response to my email, and they wont respond to my calls. I just wanna know where my package is and theres been zero response

They are scam website and fraud company taking innocent people's money and never sending their goods. Orderd about $300AUD worth of products and never received a single emails or item. After about 2 months when I opened the case with PayPal they shared files reflecting the items were shipped and received? But none of the item was ever received and I'm not sure if it was even shipped because the files they shared had no address on which the order was received!!! It could be a file from any other past order from their website. Such disappointing experience. Wasted all my money, my daughter was really looking forward to this stuff. Save your money and do not buy from these scammers and cheats. 😕

(Edited) I got 1 of 3 items that I ordered over 3 months ago. After my first email, they asked me to wait a little longer since they ship from China. The company did not respond to my second email but did issue a refund after I initiated the chat feature on their website. They also asked me to remove the negative review since the refund had been issued.

I was just scrolling through pinterest and seen my own photo that I took of jewellery from my shop and it linked straight to this brand. Do not support companies like this that steal photos and designs from small businesses.Edit: Thank you for removing my photos from your website, the listing seems to be gone now.

I have decided not to order from this website anymore. The clothing all looks very cute, but the quality is poor. I have been very unhappy with the fabric and the screen-printing. Shipping times are also erratic. One of the items that I ordered on January 11th just arrived on 2/17/24.

I bought a product from the website that ended up being too stiff. I tried to return it by contacting them through email and calling their customer service number but I never got any replies or answers from either :(

The quality of the clothes were very bad, fabric was poorly stitched together. The buttons on a shirt that I bought were misplaced.Never buying from again.

Based shirt, got lots of compliments in it which was a yippie. Seller was weird and canceled the order and then i received it anyway, but like… i got it in the end lol. By the way, you can get extra discount, use "10OFF" at checout.

Sizing was wildly inconsistent. Customer service contact took several days. Returns must go back to China which is prohibitively expensive. No offer of a small % refund or store credit was made.

Very poor quality for the price. The cargo pants I bought tore irreparably the first time I wore them. Also, very slow shipping. Will never purchase anything from this website again. It's a scam!

Ordered beautiful dress online for my daughter's prom. It has just been received and it's perfect! The price was very reasonable too!!

i had to cancel my order because the item was taking more than a month to deliver, i send a bunch of emails asking is there was a delay but i didn’t get any answer back
