Is shopremi.com Legit?

This company is a total pain. They do not listen and constantly try to charge your credit card (had to cancel mine). I was interested initially, paid them money, but decided not to proceed. They try and hook you on your so-called subscription. Its a scam and their busdiness practices deplorable. DO NOT ENGAGE!

Remi has lost dental impressions more than once. There have been long delays in receiving replacement impression kits and retainers.

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated at thier customer service on every front. Prepare to be enrolled into a subscription service you can't get out of.I never intended to sign up for a subscription service, and have never even received an initial mouth guard. When I had issues with the mold, due to severe gagging, and was directed to a video that did not help, and no mouthguard was processed, I assumed (and wish) my relationship with this company was done. I am now waiting on any of the three phone calls over the last three days, eaxh which had been PROMISED to be returned same day.Product may be Amazing, but I wouldn't know, never able to get that far and now want nothing to do with them.

I ordered Night Guards from Remi, I had a great experience. I had to send in multiple molds and it was a process to get it done but I think it was mostly user error on my part and the customer service was great. Really solid product for a much lower price than alternatives.

Getting the mouth guard was a fairly easy process. They however make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to request five times for my subscription to be cancelled and I’m still waiting for confirmation they actually cancelled it.

Remi night guards have been great. My dentist kept telling me to get them and since I started with Remi last year, everything has been great. Customer service is so fast in responding to questions/concerns. It was easy to do the mold impression and get it back in the mail to get started. Remi pricing was just right and the option to get new guards is good to have, in case something changes or needs an update.

i put my order in in april. it is now sept and I finally got it. an absolutely horrible experience and company to work with. tons of excuses. tons of explanations and so much run around. I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone.

No more expensive night guards and costly dentist visits with Remi! I saved hundreds over my dentist night guards and from the comfort of my own home. Remi are high quality night guards with a great fit. Remi customer service was there for me and made it so easy.Of course I recommend Remi.

Customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Product quality vs prize is also outstanding. I purchased top and bottom night-guards, and they work great. I have been using them for several weeks now without a problem. I suggest leaving enough time between purchase and product delivery, since the molds are done at home by yourself, and therefore it will take some weeks until you get your product.

I’ve had really positive experiences with remi so far. I’ve ordered 2 night guard pairs from them, I love my first ones but they wore out eventually because I grind so much. I have never been able to wear night guards before and now I can’t sleep without them! Customer service has also been great.

I was soooo happy to receive my beautiful night guards. Remi sent me 4 upper night guards for $100 - what a great deal! It's a good saving! I'm a serious teeth grinder (think I replace one every 6 months with the same spot grind down to zero material remained - like a little hole) Have been using Remi for the last few years, and I assure the quality remains excellent for the price. They forgot to ship me a UV toothbrush sanitizer in the last shipment. Soon as I told them I didn't receive the sanitizer, they immediately sent me a replacement - very helpful!

I tried Remi after researching similar products. They appeared to have the best value and options to meet my needs - I wanted a medium-thickness option, which they provided. The custom mold kit was easy to use and kind of fun. It made me feel like an amateur hygienist. The guards are effective and comfortable. Customer service was responsive when needed. I am a lifelong teeth grinder and they have significantly reduced my headaches and jaw pain. I feel a significant difference on mornings if I fall asleep without them. I've been a subscriber for several years now and I can honestly recommend this product. Remi offered me aset of free guards in exchange for my honest review.

Initially I was pleased with the company. They didn't like my impressions and someone called to help me get a good set of impressions. After the night guards arrived they were ok but I ended up waking up with headaches. I tried the other set that arrived a few months later but continued to get headaches. So I wanted to cancel my subscription. That proved impossible to easily do and finally withdrew all forms of payment. That got their attention and they reached out to me offering to indefinitely pause my account. I agreed, hesitantly, and today, six months later I got the notification that my account will automatically renew in a couple days. Phone calls are going unanswered as are emails.

I highly recommend Remi night guards. My daughter grinds her teeth in her sleep and these night guards have really helped. They are much better and more comfortable than store bought, non-customized ones. Remi’s night guard customizing kit is easy to do and takes about 2-4 weeks to process and receive the customized guards. If you are a heavy grinder I definitely recommend ordering the thickest size. Remi also has great customer service. They always respond in a timely manner (about a couple hours to a day) and are always friendly and helpful!
