I asked prior to ordering on their tik tok what size to order because I’m in between sizes. They advised 7 and it’s too big. I reached out and no answer. I did notice they don’t do exchanges even for sizes. :/ I wish I read that prior, but now I am stuck with a ring that doesn’t fit.

To start out, after purchasing I realized I used the wrong shipping address. I emailed the company’s customer service at probably 9:00pm at night and STILL got a response within an hour. I was shocked! They immediately changed the address for me and I had no hiccups after. Not to mention… the jewelry is perfect! I got 2 rings. They are beautifully structured and definitely seem durable and high quality. It’s just as pictured and the pink stones are gorgeous.

Mystery rings arrived quickly. Beautifully packaged with lovely attention to detail (love all the pink!) and the rings themselves are excellent quality and value. Kyra was incredibly responsive and reached out to us regarding sizing which we had forgotten to include. My daughter was delighted with her birthday presents and we have already ordered again!! The ring and the necklace, absolutely beautiful, I’m hoping that it will last a long time. That way I don’t have to purchase another one because I will be purchasing again from the store. The only thing was that the delivery took around 16 days to arrive however that of course is not the stores problem it’s just the delivery.

On 22nd November I wrote a 1 star review because my ring didn't arrive and although I did contact support and they told me they would start an investigation, now almost 5 months later - no ring, no refund and further contact from their side regarding the said investigation. I did receive an email though to remove my first review if I want to get this resolved, which according to European law is censoring me and my right to free speech. This is a SCAM website

I’m really happy with my new ring. Looking like on the website. The delivery was little longer, but it’s not very big deal especially I really appreciated email from they about my delivery and etc.Will buy soon again

Got my order, sizing guide was way off and I was nervous about this but wanted to try and should’ve just gone with my initial disappointment as this is worse.

Of all the shops I have bought from this is the best shop I have shopped at for rings. It was quickly and carefully packaged and shipped arrived in a matter of days and in came with care sheet, cloth and even ring sizer for free never have I seen such attention put into an order. Making my second purchase in this moment. LOVE!!!

I ordered a beautiful heart shaped ring, tennis bracelet and a blinged out watch. The order came in a cute pink box and every peace was individually well packed. I thought I was going to be in live with the ring (and I am) but that watch looks LUSH. It looks like I spent a couple thousands on it. Thank you! I am very happy with my order.

Bracelet broke, but they got me a new one but not the one that broke but over all customer service is great so ill give them 5 star review.

The products are of good quality and looks very gorgeous. My only suggestion is that the shipping could be alittle more faster.

Shipping was super slow. Didnt get the ring on time in order to gift it which really upset me. Kind of expensive for a basic ring. Thought it would be more extravagant for the price. Packaging was rough too. Over all, its a pretty ring.

The quality of the jewellery was amazing. The communication with the shop and customer was great. I go my good when anything was being shipped and when it was going to be delivered.
