OI bought something from them for 59.99. was also charged another 273.00 for something I did not order??/ They did not send confirmation email and no way to contact them ? Hi, I ordered the same thing once i saw fake invoice for $239.98 when it was supposed to be for $39.99 i called my bank to stop payment because when i called that number to cancel more or less told me to bad.
Their number is 877-748-3880. You must call and cancel or they'll send you monthly shipments!

Freud Alert On December 4, 2023 I Ordered keto gummies and bought 2 bottles for $94.99 and they double billed me at $189.99 I called them and they credited my account back $94.99. On January 4 2023 they sent me another order and double billed me again and when I called they did not have any returns and would not credit my account. So I called me CC account and they are filing a dispute ….

Unfortunately, very similar experience here. I ordered one bottle and i think it was buy one get one free - was not given opportunity to review order. Received my order and they had charged me double with an additional charge of 59.99 for a product I didn't order. so 239.00 + 59.00. Emailed Customer service and basically said they couldn't do anything because I had ordered online but the would refund 1/2 of the 59.99. I never received that refund. THe next month another 239.00 charge appeared on my card. I called my bank and filed a dispute. two days later received 6 bottles in my mailbox. I refused the delivery and today get an email stating since I ordered online I could not cancel and had signed the terms of agreement; which I hadn't. NO terms or review ever came up before the order was final.

I too had the same experience. Ordered one bottle to try it - got charged for 6 bottles $239.99. My bank questioned the charge on my debit card as I didn't have enough to cover the charge so it was in a "pending" status. After the pending status dropped due to not able to access the funds from my account - about a week later the transaction was re-attempted and the charge went through. I contacted them via email and was sent an email that there was no refunds - all sales final - but a "courtesy" refund of $83.99 was offered with a transaction ID to my bank. Three weeks later there was no refund. I called the number in the confirmation email of the courtesy refund and was told this number had nothing to do with ketodrops and they hung up on me. I subsequently went to my bank and has filed a fraudulent unapproved withdrawal from my account. I probably won't see that money again.

I returned the product on the day I received it by refusing the package at the post office. Then I called the company and was assured that they had received the returned product and that I would be receiving a refund on my credit card. Three months later and four phone calls later, they tell me that it is past 30 days so no refund is allowed. I called right back and got a different person, and she told me that a refund was process a month ago. I have never received said refund. This is a dishonest company. DO NOT purchase from them.
