Is shophydrolite.com Legit?

Ordered from the company over 4 months ago without receiving my order. They have “attempted” to deliver my order on 2 occasions now but both times I was told that my package was delivered only to contact the logistics company and find out the package delivered was not addressed to me or my address. The second time they “shipped” my order they told me on Aug 9,2024 that no tracking number had been generated as the package was awaiting shipment. When I followed up a month later as I still had not received anything they informed me that in fact my order was delivered on the Aug 07,2024. That was 2 days before they told me that my package had not been shipped nor had a tracking number generated. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions but my requests have been either ignored or denied. I do not trust this company at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam, their customer service sucks, they said they mailed replacement bottles and the tracking info isn’t the correct address. They don’t refund your money. THIS COMPANY IS A POS and should be sued!

1. First of all the product is scam, it is a cheap Alibaba produce rebranded only with a logo. 2. Product does not work as promised and intended at all. 3. As soon as you paid they will never refund your money, even not with their 30 days money back guarantee.4. Customer Support is not real, they are using fake names.5. Company name and address are hidden everywhere on the webshop.They scam you out of your money, DO NOT PURCHASE!

Ordered a replacement bottle cause I dropped the original one. I ordered it on April 26th and still have not received it (September 2nd). Lisa and staff tell me it’s been reordered twice but the tracking numbers don’t show anything and then they say it was delivered, which it wasn’t. Just a mess. I’be never dealt with a worse company for costumer service. I’ll be lucky to receive it within 6 months! Don't buy from this company.

Their customer service is AWFUL! My Hydrolyte Max split on the seam, it has never left my house or been misused in any way. I have worked with Customer service for 5 weeks now. Each time must be with a different person, as each person has me jump through the same hoops (send photos and explanation) ... never looking at the attachments in prior emails in the chain. THEN my case was sent to the "THE TEAM" for review - that was a month ago and they have yet decided. When asked, they respond by saying that they are very busy and backlogged. I see now that that bottle is down to $79 dollars - obviously they have had problems with it.... but will not exchange or refund! I recommend that you do NOT do business with this company - EVER!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!If I could leave less than 1 star I would!! F this company and their customer service. They will not refund you at all! They claim package was received, even with proof they said they can't refund, they'll ship another one to alternate address... BS I also reported them to the BBB...I've been going back and forth with them for months!!

Immediately after ordering - literally within less than ten minutes - I cancelled it, having seen some reviews. They told me it had already been processed (I ordered it at 5 am their time!) and I could return it when it arrived. Ha. They tried to get me to accept an extra one free, and when I said I wanted to return it and asked for the return address, that was the last I heard from them, in spite of several follow up emails. I did get a refund from PayPal in the end, but no contact from the firm at all.

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY. Shop elsewhere. Tried to cancel an order. Wouldn't let me. Tried to raise a dispute through PayPal. PayPal closed the case as item received. I've sent three emails asking for a returns address. Bot LISA MILES just replied saying order delivered. Won't tell me where to return bottle; just directs me to their returns page, which doesn't contain the address. Wish I'd paid with a credit card. PayPal hopeless and no redress for something not fit for purpose.

I have ordered a bottle of protector sleeve and still haven’t received it ,it’s been over 5 Months and they have stated that they had high number of orders ,I even sent them emails and they have only replied but nothing has been done .Also my charging port died and they said they were going to to replace it …still waiting on that too. Don’t waste your time with them bunch of liars

Product stopped working after a few weeks. They claimed they would send me a new base. Waited over a month and didn't receive. Emailed them and they said there was a "glitch" in system and to wait another 3 weeks. Still haven't received yet they are claiming it was delivered. Worse company ever. Product is actually made in China. You can buy the SAME EXACT water bottle from AliExpress for $65. I ordered it and it came with the Hydrolite box, sleeve, logo!

Everything everyone says here about their customer service is accurate. It's a bot named "Lisa" who points you to the tracking number over and over with every email even though you are telling them that the carrier delivered to the wrong address. And they make you contact the carrier even though it was THEIR system that messed up the address. I have tried to correspond with them over 5 emails with the same ridiculous response back. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card company because Hydrolite customer service is useless and I cannot find another way to contact them. SCAM

My hydrogen bottle from Hydrolite broke after just 1 month of use. The base stopped working entirely. I contacted the company, and they kindly offered a replacement. However, it has never arrived. Despite reaching out weekly, months have passed, and their response is always the same: “kindly wait 10 more days”.Even though Hydrolite is a USA company, the tracking number they provided points to a Chinese manufacturer, awaiting dispatch. After 2 months, I requested to cancel the order, but they refused, stating they couldn't do it at this point. I'm not sure how long a customer is expected to wait, but 3+ months feels like a scam.

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I needed to do so. Beware! My son wanted one of these bottles for his birthday. We ordered and received free shipping - it shipped from a location in the US. We recieved the bottle and immediately on opening it my son decided that it was too small. We asked to return and I will say I received a quick responese from customer service. They offered me to keep the bottle and for additional funds they would send me a second bottle. I asked for the refund. They made me ship it to Canada to return it. I paid $30 to return and then they deducted another $146 in customs fees. I paid $239 and got $95 back - what a rip off - done with this company. Don't care what awesome thing they develop.

DO NOT BUY. This is company is a scam. After a month, the bottle began to leak water into the charging port and it wouldn’t charge. I emailed customer service and they claimed they would send a replacement. It’s been 3 months and they continue to make excuses about delays in their shipping system. It’s a scam-same experience as the other reviews here.

I was skeptical on these bottles so I decided to order a third party test kit to see the levels (ppb) of Hydrogen in water. With the Hydrolite Original bottle, the company claims on their site for users to receive 3000+ ppb.. my test, which was repeated times showed 500ppb, or 0.5ppm which is not enough for a user to experience any of the associated benefits. I will be returning this bottle.

The reviews are true! This company and product are a scam. The bottle does not produce anywhere near what they claim. And if you read the refund policy closely, technically nothing can be retuned. "No sale items can be returned". All their items are always "on sale". Even if broke or defective.

LOVE our hydrolite bottles. Purchased 2, one for myself and one for hubby about 4 months ago. I was beginning to panick when almost 6 weeks after ordering they still hadn't arrived. Pretty sure at that point I had been taken for about $500! Luckily for us they did arrive eventually. The bottles work great and we use them several times per day. Packaging was nice, very well put together. Not 100% sold on the inhaler part though. Seems like a VERY narrow and long tube to allow much of anything through to the nose. Regardless, the main feature, hydrogenation of the water, works fine and we've had no problems.

Bought two bottles one for me one for wife. Both are not working. Product is cheap and doesn't last.

I too fell victim to their game.. Funny you can't write a negative review on their website.I waited over 3 months for my replacement bottle that never came. I gave up trying to talk to customer service as it's just a robot response and no real person in charge. They never refunded my money or tried to help.Its a really short term idea for them to make as much money as they can ..Karma will get them I hope

Ordered a water bottle 3 months ago, it got turned around in customs since they ship it from china. The Hydrolite team lied and said they sent multiple replacements and they haven’t. It’s been 3 months of arguing with “customer service” and still nothing. Literally scammed out of $200 and they have no way to contact them over the phone. Literally a scam would give negative stars if possible. DO NOT PURCHASE.
