My order has not arrived since 10 days. I contacted their support twice by now and there is zero response or support. I’m now wondering if this website is a scam..

I purchased 30 cabinet pulls and four of them broke while installing. I would recommend purchasing more than needed. I ended up having to purchase more..

The gold kitchen handles arrived well packed and with the screws. They look lovely and love the assortment of sizes. The handles are a little more lightweight than what I was using before but serves its purpose well.

I ordered this product 10 days ago, still no sign of this, it says it’s been proceeding to Royal Mail depot for a week now!!! Totally ridiculous! Hopefully I will get my product! But can’t say I will be buying again from them, wish I had read the reviews before I purchased

Beware! Do NOT purchase from Goldenwarm Do not purchase from this company! Ordered over $400 worth of hardware and selected the fast shipping (4-6 days). Contacted the company through email (the only way to reach them) after almost 3 weeks of nothing. They took another week to respond to to my email asking me not cancel and they would offer a discount. I asked them to cancel my order immediately. They sent several more emails asking me not to cancel, then finally said that the order has already shipped and they cannot cancel it. They offered me $60 compensation which I refused. They are based in China and are scammers. Tip for consumers:Based in China. Scammers
