I placed an order for a ring and added the additional bonus money to get the second ring at a discount. Got the wrong ring and it was of a far lesser quality than pictured - and only one. Called and was told I'd receive a return label and a credit. Didn't get either. Called back and they have no record of my purchase. Definitely a scam.... I would not every do business with them again.
I ordered 10 bracelets as gifts for my friends. I was told it would be here in 10 days. Eighteen days have past and I contacted them via email and no reply has been made. That was a week ago. So, I have been had!
I ordered 3 bracelets 8/29. received conformation. as of today I have been charged every month $19.87 and I don't know for what. I never received my bracelets and from reading the reviews, it seems to be a monthly membership and I don't know why. Calling my credit card to stop all payments. But in the mean time I am out 60 bucks with no merchandise. let me know if others have experienced this.
I realized for some reason that I was receiving charges on my credit card every month for 19.87 since June of 2024 until April 2025 for no apparent reason. I am going to contact my credit card company to try to get this stopped. In the meantime I am out $258. because I thought this was coming from a company that I purchased from and kept paying the amount until I looked into this further.
