Is shopcosmetis.com Legit?

Finally, Cosmetis products were delivered after a month. They never kept in touch or updated the delivery status. Their website mentioned delivery dates in a couple days. Failure to stand by their word, the conclusion was it’s a scam like many others

I was a little nervous at the beginning, because it was my first time whit this company, but it was great!! The products arrived to my house (not on time, but they solved successfully) the communication was super! I'll totally repeat!

I find the price quote on their website to be misleading. After reaching a specific amount in your order, the only option for delivery is "express" with DHL (at least for Norway), and it shows no extra charges.This is very false, because on top of the additional import tax, I also had to pay a special courier service delivery fee. (Not to mention that their invoice quoted VAT as 0%, but I was ready for import tax anyway).The result was that I had to pay additional 44% of my order to DHL, and I wouldn't order the products in the first place if I'd known that was the price. Therefore, I find this business to be misleading/dishonest.

Great products, great prices, arrived fast in a good conditions.

I gave a bad review about their services as fraud and till date none bothered nor tried to reach me for compensation. Its unbelievable that this company openly cheats people with their offers online. It's not about future assurance but the promising offer comestis showed on its website is not fulfilled. The company should be sending the remaining ampoules which weren't sent.

It shoul have raised a red flag when they cancelled my order after I had paid for it. I had to emailed them a couple of weeks later asking for updates to learn they were not processing it at all! Once I proved I had ordered and paid an item to be delivered from Portugal to Brazil they restarted my process promising it would be delivered in a couple of weeks but the item got stuck in a Post Office somewhere in the country due to outstanding documentation however I was never once notified either by Coametis or by the Post Office about it. When I reached out to Cosmetis seeking help on the matter, I simply got an email saying that they could not do anything about it. The problem is that I do not live Brazil and cannot contact the Post Office by phone and nobody replies to any of my emails or complaints raised online. When the recipient tries to contact the Post Office they inform him that it should be the sender who should contact. A total lack of care for the customer! Extremely frustrating

I’m a Canadian customer and I’m so impressed with this store after having a very poor experience buying skincare from Idivia.com. My Cosmetis order was shipped the same day I placed the order and was delivered only 11 days later. There were also no duty charges! This is now the only site I trust to buy skincare from overseas. Keep it up Cosmetis.

I'm starting to think that this website is a scam. I bought a few products, but after making the payment, the webpage didn't go through. I emailed them, and at first, they responded and said they had found my order and would issue an invoice soon. However, after two weeks, nothing has happened. I haven't received any invoice or order confirmation, and despite emailing them a few times, I haven't received any replies.

Bought an item Aveeno doesn’t make anymore and I couldn’t get anywhere else, albeit incredibly hesitantly after reading reviews on here. 4 items bought and 2 day postage (DHL) paid for. Immediate confirmation email and dispatch notification, and 28 hours after the product order was received in Portugal delivery made exactly as ordered. Only regret is I didn’t order more so I’ll have to pay delivery again next time!

I had a very bad experience with them. I think this website a big scam. I wish I could have read reviews before ordering. I placed my order on March 22, 2024 and did not receive my product until April 11. I sent several emails and no one responded back. When I tracked on April 11, it was showing in transit and a week after it showed that it was delivered but I never received my order. Huge DISAPPOINTMENT. Shame on you guys.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I woke up this morning with a charge I didn't make from this website. I've never been on their site, never even heard of them until seeing $50.01 pending on my account. I don't know who they are, what they sell, or anything else about them EXCEPT that when you Google them you're taken to another website(sebu.com) because cosmetics.com is for sale.

SCAM. The products they send you are fraudulent. After emailing and asking to return the product (as their website says you can do), they asked for pictures showing the consistency of the serum. I sent pictures. They responded saying since the product was now opened I cannot return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Hello,I wanted some help. Before Christmas I placed an order with you, bu I received the wrong products. I did send an email on Dec 21st 2023 and got an automatic confirmation, but haven’t heard since then from you. Sent several follow up emails, but without any response. How can be corrected this situation?

The items were sent promptly however one item was damaged and leaked. I sent 2 emails, including pictures, asking for a replacement. Unfortunately they have simply ignored my emails, incredibly poor customer service.

I ordered 2 containers of La Roche Posay Anthelios Shaka Fluid SPF50+ 50ml sunscreen, which I learned to love in Paris, and which is not available in the United States with the same ingredients.Cosmetis was completely professional: shipping cost from Portugal to the US was reasonable; they updated me regularly by email; the package arrived in 2.5 weeks.I'm confused how they do it, since this sunscreen isn't allowed to be imported (Amazon.fr and Amazon.co.uk refused to accept my order), and Cometis price was lower than that of Amazon.fr. But I'm delighted they did!

“Deceiving”

Bought several items and decided to bite the bullet on the high shipping cost, only to get a bill for duty and taxes. Nowhere during the order process was I informed that duty and taxes would apply, nor is there anywhere on the website to say where the items are being shipped from. I attempted to send an e-mail to the customer support e-mail provided - *******@cosmetis.com and get notice that it is not a valid e-mail address - will not buy from again

“False advertising on their website”

Their site clearly says 'no taxes on orders under 800.00'. Once the order was shipped i received a notificication from dhl that i had to pay 27.80 in taxes. I reached out to cosmetis but they ignored me. No customer service after lying on their website. Tip for consumers:be prepared to pay double for shipping to dhl even though site says no additional taxes Service Value Shipping

“They are cheater”

I've shopped from shopcosmetis website 3rh January 2021. They said their process 1 to 3 business days to ship my orders and they haven't shipped my order although it's out of date. And then they said 3 items missing and waiting for the items to arrive maximum 2 business days. And then after 3 business days and requested to cancel the missing items and ship me the rest of the products as soon as possible. They canceled the and put the amount store credit but still they haven't shipped my orders. Now They are not even responding my emails. I requested to cancel my orders but no any emails. “Cheaters-avoid at all cost”

Purchased Eucerin Anti-pigment night cream 'on-line' from Cosmetis on 13th June 2023. The company initially forwarded a tracking number on 29th June 2023, which turned out to be wrong. After repeated reminders the company forwarded another tracking number admitting mistake. When the package arrived, I was surprised to receive a wrong product from them. This was pointed out to them on 4th July 2023. The Customer Service replied that they are investigating but has not taken any action till date to send me the correct product. I am not sure whether they will at all send me the product or refund the amount. Avoid this company at all cost. It is a fraudulent company. “Great Experience!”

After I ordered from this site, I decided to look it up and see if it was trustworthy. So glad I read the reviews AFTER the purchase because I was extremely worried. However I did the free shipping for $120 worth of merchandise through DHL. I placed my order on Nov 04,2021, & DHL texted me on Nov 09,2021 that my package was on its way and would be delivered on Nov 12,2021 which was actually delivered on Nov 09,2021 to San Diego, CA! Products were authentic and as described! Will definitely be buying my products from here on now.

No response at all from the team! After 5 emails and 2 months! They have a refund policy but no one to respond to intitiate it so you end up just making a loss!

I've purchased from this website on August 10th with a gap for the delivery until sep 8th, I've contacted them because I didn't see any update on the tracking number I got by them and they just answer it was normal. It passed sep 8th and nothing, sadly I had to move from the address I was originally when I bought the product I sent an email again and the answer wasn't helpful at all, they wouldn't respond for money even of I'm not going to enjoy the product, they pretend I send it back when I get it but how I'm supposed to get the product if I'm not on the address they sent it any more. Please please don't waste your money buying from these people.
