I was wanting to buy 10 trays from them. There were two online. So I made a call. Apparently buying 10 and only getting two at the price online is a “thing. I can get 2 at 13.99 but for the other 8 have to pay 20.99. Funny how that works when they know you want more the price goes up. I asked to speak with the person in charge and to have him call and nothing. I am almost sure he knows nothing of what has transpired Customer service is not their priority.
My last review was flagged for some reason. So I guess to add more information. I found Shopbobbys because I was looking for Contigo Luxe coffee cups - Amazon was expensive. Shopbobbys had them on sale for 11-12 each so I bought 10 of them and they arrived in perfect condition and I saved about $14 per cup after shipping cost it was still a great bargin!
9 days since order and have not received items. I know that I am spoiled with Amazon Prime quick shipping, but confirmation said 2 day priority shipping so a week to pull, box and ship felt was a reasonable time to expect delivery. You should not send a survey when you do not have delivery confirmation.
I purchased the rubbermaid commercial sponge mop. I received the survey asking how I liked my mop 2 weeks later, I had not received the mop yet. I asked customer service to track the order and they said I entered the wrong address and would need to contact FedEx to change address. I called FedEx they stated only shipper can change. I contacted customer service again and relayed the message. I received a $17.00 fee from shopbobby's for changing the address. I asked for for clarity on it fee because when I reviewed the original email confirmation from my order it had the correct address. Awful experience
I ordered two table cloths my credit card was charged and no one at customer service will assist me with the fact that the order was never delivered to the correct address. I have sent several emails and I am just getting the run around when all I want is my money back since the order was never delivered to the hotel. I am very disappointed and cant see that I would shop at Bobbys again or recommend anyone since I see it as them stealing my money

I bought some curtains from boddys I paid $191 us for them they shipped my package with out an invoice when it got to me I had to pay $850 TT to clear them who ships products without an invoice I'm so upset its not funny ..

Thanks for the products. The delivery time and packaging was excellent. Some of the products were not in a good condition however. I would like the opportunity to attach the pictures SKU174004 Rebecca Flower Printed 2-Pack Blackout Energy Saving 6 Grommets Panel, Pink, 76x84 had 1/2 to 1 inch lines of missing print throughout that were not consistent and destroyed the look of the curtains. The SKU141737 STEPHANIE SILVER METALLIC PRINT FAUX SILK 8 GROMMETS PANEL BLUE & SILVER - 58X84, silver print was already peeling off all over the print giving it a washed out damaged look. It made me wonder whether this was a used or returned product. The Harrington 2-Pack Embroidered Faux Silk Panel with 8 Grommets, White-White, 76X84 is sheer but beautiful. I thought it was thicker. I am not sure what can be done about the faulty products or a refund? Thanks again.
I made an order and never received it. Now when I try to contact them via email, no response and they are not showing me making an order on their web site. VERY UPSET!
I appreciate the efficiency and timely delivery of package and loved the items. Due to the delivery charges proposed upon my third entry of $11.04 I just did not bother to place that order. Dish rack came with a tray (which I did not see on the picture) however the tray had a crack in one corner. I would not have used this tray anyway, because it did not have a side to drain the water away (all 4 sides have a lip and would have held in any water drained from the dishes).
I went to the website and found the item I was looking for. I ordered it. Three days later I got a credit on my credit card. I was never notified the item was not available ( the website stated there were 11 in stock). I reordered ( website still stating 11 available). The order went through. My paypal account charged. I finally called the company and was told that the website was in error. It should have said out of stock. I lost several days thinking my order was valid!
I ordered 2 solar motion lights from them and once they arrived one did not work exactly right so I called Shop Bobby’s and they said I didn’t even have to return it. Just dispose of the bad one and that they would have another one sent out ASAP. They’re great people to deal with and do they’re best to make things convenient for the customer. Placed my order on November 18th. My card was charged almost immediately. On November 25th I realized I had not received any shipping confirmation so I contacted customer service. I was told that one of my items only had two pieces remaining and I had ordered 4 pieces. I asked if I had not made contact if no one was going to let me know something. I was told that a call was made to me but I didn't answer the call. I said to the individual that when I placed my order I was told that there were 4 pieces of the item available, how could there only be two now? I asked that those be removed and the balance of my order shipped. That was the 25th. Could you believe that it wasn't until the 27th that I received my shipping confirmation? November 18th I placed my order and it was shipped on November 27th. Absolutely ridiculous. The individual I was dealing with did not even apologize and had a bad attitude. Very disappointed to say the least.

Seems that Mason Jar Mugs in Colored Glass is the rage this year, and it has been close to impossible to find drink dispensers to match. Luckily through Googling, I came across Shopbobbys.com - and they had exactly what I was looking for, and at an incredibly low price. I ordered 2 Moonshine Jugs in Blue (just in case one got damaged) - they arrived quickly, well packed, and now I have a spare, or one to sell if someone else is looking for one.
