Is shopbetter24.co.uk Legit?

I have “won” a hoover for £6.99 but then it took me to another payment page for an admin charge - not stating the cost. I am looking for refund but everything takes you to a place that charges you for everything!

Haven't found a webshop with prices and service equal to thess in a long time.

Loved the service - was a little skeptical as most times when ordering online from new supplier / platform but was flawless and received quick response when I emailed with a question. Would def not hesitate to buy through you again!

Sends out scam emails saying you have won a prize - usually a reduced in price Victoria secrets set, for £2. What they don't tell you is that they then set up a recurring monthly subscription of £35 to join their newsletter. The only way to get out of this is to unsubscribe, which is a needlessly lengthy process, failing that call your bank for help! Beware! And no, they didn't send out the Victoria secrets set!!

Fast delivery and great customer service. I had a problem with my order which got charged twice and the employee (Lukas) that helped me was very kind and helpful. I received a refund within 2 weeks.It is nice that just because you have a problem it does not necessarily mean to have an overall bad experience.

I thought this company would be selling fake products , such as the Maserati watch I bought recently. However, I have checked the QR codes and they were selling real products at ridiculously low prices , I don’t know how they can do it but they somehow can . :)

Sorry I reviewed the wrong item first of all but you could remind people when asking for an opinion. I'm not going away until next week so I haven't used this Autan Mosquito spray yet, though I have used the same one before. I was just grateful to see an outlet for it as it is hard to get and impossible from a stockist in Britain and I looked for ages before I found ShopBetter. The name has changed a bit but the label is the same as my very outdated old one. It took a little while to arrive but it did come from Europe so not a bad time at all. It is a good spray and really keeps our little blood suckers at bay.I like the fact that ShopBetter uses Royal Mail as well.

The connection of the burner does not match a Swedish gas tube. The burner (my estimation) is 16x1,5 mm. A swedish gas tube for this purpose is 14x1,5 mm. This was not to be read in the description. Thus the burner is unusabel for me.ShopBetter took swiftly action and refunded the money without me even asking for it.

Edit: Because of a misunderstanding, I received a product that I could not use. However, after writing the text below, customer service refunded me the full amount. Great service!Before ordering, I asked customer service for the exact measurements of the container I was interested in, because (as I told them) the diameter was very important to me. They replied back, I liked what they told me, and I ordered the product. When it arrived it turned out that the diameter they measured was including the handle - which was a considerable difference. I don't know if thats the normal way of measuring a container, but it meant that it was too small and could not be used.

Bough from site au.shopbetter a hairdryer (AUS$237) came with a European plug so cannot use in Australia, said easy returns, should have read better, I didn't realise it was coming from overseas - cost $85 to return, lesson learnt.Thanks for your reply, but as I mentioned i do not feel comfortable using an adaptor (which you offered $5 compensation) on a regular basis, like I said lesson learnt.

I placed an order for a TV from Shopbetter24 in the black friday sale at the end of November. The item was in UK customs after being shipped from a spanish warehous. The comment on the TNT tracking information read that the courier was awaiting instruction from the retailer. I contacted customer service and was reassured that there was no action needed. Now the package has not been released and is being returned to retailer. I have logged multiple tickets with the customer services and have only received holding statements in response. How do I get my money back! Someone please contact me

My order never arrived I’ve made an order about a watch as a birthday gift it’s been nearly two week I haven’t been sent a tracking reference and everytime I do try to contact the company o never have any luck I would like my money back !

Unhelpful won't exchange an air dryer which makes a terrible noise saying it's not covered under warranty. It was like it when it arrived!!I mentioned in every time that it was making a dreadful noise and why should I fill in a warranty claim if it actually arrived faulty.rubbish! I finally got a response from someone a week ago and the product arrived 5th Dec when I put it together and found faulty same day. I have found your company to be very unhelpful and sending back to Denmark impractical..it would have cost me nearly double what I paid for it. And a cost you should have paid not me for an item that arrived faulty!. Definitely won't be dealing with Shopworse24 again

Good overall experience. I couldn't find a product from my local store anymore, and I got the best price (delivered) on this website.

Order placed in September with "Estimated shipping: 9-11 business days", its now December.The advertised phone number +64 9887 3882 drops after first ring.Is this company just a fraud?

Proper items delivered quickly. What more could you ask for? Especially with rare items, like the ones I was trying to find desperately in Canada.
