Ich habe vom Shop eine Email bekommen, in der zwei Adressen in Frankreich angegeben wurden. Habe nochmals nachgefragt nach der Adresse, habe die selbe Email bekommen. Habe mich für eine Adresse entschieden, leider für die falsche. Die Teekanne ist jetzt in Frankreich, ich bekomme leider das Geld nicht zurück.

Ich habe das Teeservice im Vintage-Stil bei shop-teekanne.com gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Die Lieferung dauerte 10 Tage, was etwas länger als erwartet war. Der Kundenservice war jedoch ausgezeichnet: schnell und freundlich. Das Produkt kam gut verpackt an und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Qualität und das Retro-Design des Teeservices verleihen meinen Teemomenten eine elegante Note. Ich kann diesen Shop für Teeliebhaber nur empfehlen.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, mindere Wäre und kein Umtausch möglich. Geld habe ich auch keins zurückbekommen. Werde auch zum Anwalt gehen.
