Difficult to contact a real person to help. No email option. Online bot is useless. One of the offered phone numbers is pointless. Over a month late on my delivery and in fact never delivered. Bought a jersey and was preturbe from the start. Their website says, sign up for emails and get 10% off....well, code didnt work. Very poor experience. Ordered a jersey back in November for my hockey obsessed 8 year old for Christmas. It said the expected delivery at checkout and when shipped was Dec 7-14th so I ordered it thinking there was plenty of time. Here I am on December 27th without the jersey and my son is going to a game in 2 days. And what is there solution? A 20% coupon, or sending out a replacement… umm why? I don’t want to ever go back and waiting on a replacement seems pointless considering the original never made it.
The NHL shop return process was frustrating and convoluted before speaking with Sarah. She was great and being able to speak to someone over the phone that understands what’s happening vs AI or a computer does wonders. Sarah was the best and made sure I got what I needed.
THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.Placed three orders. Two of them were cancelled with no notices on their end. The third one was marked as SHIPPED. Cristin is one of the best customer service members I've been ever experienced. Unfortunately, a photo signed by one of the best German ice hockey players in the NHL, which is very valuable for me and the recipient, arrived slightly damaged. Nobody is to blame for that. However, it was easily replaced with an existing identical photo at no additional cost to me, even though it had to be shipped out of the country to Europe. The transaction went smoothly. Avoid. Couldn't cancel order or get in contact with customer services at all. Sent multiple emails to try and cancel but no response. Online chat always said no one available. Now order has arrived, the returns portal won't recognise the order number so I cannot return and, again, cannot get hold of customer services. Definitely avoid as this has been so much hassle!

Not as bad as some of the reviews on here but I placed my order a week ago and still awaiting any kind of confirmation of order. Ordered two game used warm-up pucks but received pucks from a different game. Fan Advocate Cristin sent out the correct pucks immediately and followed up until I received them. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered items on 4th November as my Son's main Christmas present. The items did not turn up. I received automated emails saying I was receiving a refund however there does not appear to be a facility to interact with anyone to ask questions.My 10 year old son was pretty upset, so I tried to go back on and reorder the items however none of my cards seem to work on the site which is an awful website to use.I am pretty disgusted at the whole experience and I am now trying to source NHL memorabilia so I never have to use Fanatics (NHL Shop) ever again.
Ordered an authentic Chicago blackhawks jersey. It arrived only 7 days after. I’m really happy about the fast delivery and the good and quick service on your site. I paid $250 inclusive shipping and I think the price is fair combining it’s an official and authentic jersey. Good and solid quality. Of course, you can use this jersey on top of your own hockey gear.
Doreen was extremely kind and helpful. I called customer service because my order was being shipped all over through no fault of NHL.com, but because FedEx messed up. FedEx would only allow the shipper to place a claim. Doreen not only did that, but continued to track the package until it showed delivered, and then sent me an email asking if I received it. Excellent customer service such as Doreen's is extremely hard to find these days, I really appreciated her effort!

“So Disappointed”

The first picture is what I ordered. The second is the ugly one that arrived. And this happened not once but twice. The first time I contacted them they were very apologetic and immediately sent out what was supposed to be the correct one, but I received the same ugly piece of crap. I will never order from them again. I have blocked their ads.

“Horrible website, absolute no customer service, false advertising”

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. This has got to be the worst website out there. There's literally no customer service except their stupid chat bot. You can't actually get somebody on the phone and it is impossible to cancel an order. The website said my item was in stock and would ship out within two business days of me purchasing. It never shipped out so I checked every other day on that same item, and it kept saying it was going to ship out the next day and the next. Never did weeks go by, tried to find some sort of customer service to just cancel and buy somewhere else but there's no number or anything. “Do Not Buy From This Site”

NHLShop.com is quite possibly the worst online shopping experience. I spent over $500 on merchandise, and still had to pay shipping. Then the pajama shorts I ordered were too small even though I ordered them a size to large for comfort. I was not even able to process an even exchange for the item, I to reorder the item + shipping and wait 7 days to get my online gift card refund. My only other option was to pay $10 to have my funds credited to my original tender. Total scam of a website. Not even sure I will claim my e-gift card once it finally shows up in my account. “Great service!”

First, a 5-star for Cristin. Second, a 3-star for NHL overall. I've spent a ton of money on Kraken gear, my biggest purchase being an autographed jersey. NHL delayed shipment four times saying it was for "COVID" reasons, this excuse went on from October to April. This jersey still to this day shows as "available and will ship in 46 business days." I finally called after the fourth delay and Debbie ensured I would receive communication from the Sports Memorabilia Department. The next day, Cristin reached out to let me know it was actually an issue with the athletes not coming together for signatures. As ridiculous as that was, she actually was able to get an upgraded autographed jersey sent the next day. She checked in periodically to ensure it was received. I am impressed with Cristin's (and Debbie) customer service skills! The NHL shop, not so much.

“Delivery not as promised by Christmas”

Placed my order on December 5th for a personalized back pack for my Grandson for Christmas, website said it would get here before Christmas. When I checked shipping status it states the 27th, so they lied. When I called them they said I should have picked another shipping option instead of the standard 3-7 business days, they were given 20 days to fulfill the order. “Shipping problem”

I ordered a few items from this site and as of now only received one item. They were in stock when I purchased them. I only got an email confirmation about the one item shipped so I contacted customer service to find out why the rest wasn't shipped. I was told she didn't know. Since I got no response as to why... the next day I contacted them again and was told the items are coming from different warehouses. I still have no idea how long I have to wait for my order to be filled completely and shipped. Hopefully soon.

“Monopoly garbage!”

Reebok and Fanatics brands are not worth the prices they're charging! Especially authentic Reebok hockey jerseys are idiotic how they size them. Who sizes a 60 in a pro jersey and it runs 5 inches smaller! They're ALL smaller than advertised. CCM never shorted measurements and always gave you a quality product! The Fanatics breakaway jerseys are cheap, and shoulder patches are pressed not stitched and many are falling off. As a hockey fan really disappointed in all the products offered to fans. “Horrible customer service”

Ordered a custom jersey and within minutes received the email invoice. IT WAS THE WRONG SHIRT. I ordered a custom shirt for 139.99 got charged 139.99 but the invoice showed an entirely different shirt which on the site is only 77.99. I called got a person who spoke poor English but I was patient at first explained the mistake 4 times, after she kept telling me what I ordered I asked for a supervisor not once but 8 times finally she told me there is no supervisor just co-workers. I asked for her name and work ID she refused and kept refusing to give me a supervisor I said cancel the order and email me proof of cancel. “Great product, few days late”

I read some horrible reviews about NHL ship unfortunately after I had already purchased my product, a 2022 Calgary Flames home jersey. Luckily, the product I received was in great condition, exactly as I wanted. It did arrive about 4 days after the expected delivery date, but after reading some of the reviews I had been worried I would never get it at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. Apart from the delayed arrival, no complaints at all.

The worst, be ware, they will sign you up for some services automatically as soon as you buy something from the website and you will find out about it only a month later when u get a bill on your credit card from some bogus shipping company, secondly your items will come in multiple shipments and if you want to return anything for any reason they will charge you $10 for each item to return. “Great help from Chastity over an issue”

Purchased a custom Penquin jersey for my Grandson. It came with a letter missing. Customer service insisted it was my typo and would not do anything for me. I wrote a letter to the CEO and Chastity responded in less than 24 hours indicating they would send a new shirt expedited for Christmas. I would use this Co. Again. I sadly got fooled as they first sent me the wrong jersey. I returned it and got store credit so I can re-order the right one ($200 purchase btw). “Terrible experience full circle”

Placed an order for 5 shirts on Dec 17th. I got one of the shirts before Christmas. The other 4 shirts arrived on January 27th, literally 41 days later. The shirts came in and they were piss poor quality. Rough, not stretchy shirts. Logo on one of them was off centered by 3/4 of an inch. NHL logo completely faded on one of them but the most ridiculous part was that the colours were SOOOO off. I ordered 4 Toronto maple leafs shirts and they came in two completely different shades of blue. I can't believe these are official.
