Is shoestationdirect.co.uk Legit?

The items had clearly been worn for quite some time, there being a foot imprint in the insole lining and the rubber outsole bearing the compression marks on the heel from someone walking around in the shoes. I didn't purchase second hand shoes, I shouldn't have been shipped second hand shoes.

Great choice at reasonable prices. Fast, well packaged delivery. Unfortunately I had to return the sandals as they were too loose across my foot but I received a refund very promptly! Will definitely use them again!

Had a problem with new work boots. ShoeStation sorted it out straight away and I had a choice of a refund or exchange. I ordered a new pair different make of boots the same company as they couldn't have been more helpful would recommend this company

Bought a pair of Harley boots but they didn’t fit so sent back for a smaller size as described in the returns policy refund was given back in a few days and second pair sent with 48h post. Will definitely buy again.

Good quality shoes delivered speedily and quick communication with company when required. Would give 5 stars but a bit miffed I'd not realised it would cost me £9 postage to return the item which were slightly too small. Not their fault.

I ordered a pair of black leather Mocassins. I have been wearing such mocassins for donkeys years and have bought them a various places, with no problems until now. The pair supplied by Shoe Station Direct were too narrow. I checked with my corrent one and found the sole was the same but they had used less leather. Shoe Station are refusing to refund my postage of £4.69 on the grounds. that 'the item simply does not fit, there is nothing wrong with the item.' I told them it is too narrow for a Mocassin. There are sub-standard. And, I wasted my time having to send them back. They are not sympathetic they are dismissive. I would never use them again.

I'd looked on lots of different sites to decide on the boots that I wanted, then when I did a search on that particular boot, ShoeStation came up as the best value. They offered free, quick delivery and having read various reviews, I decided to give them a try. It was really easy to make my order. Communication regarding delivery was excellent without being intrusive and when the boots arrived I was really impressed with the packaging, quality and comfort. Can fault anything and will definitely use them again.

Although my initial Order was incorrectly sized the Staff were polite and professional throughout. There was no quibbling and I was clear instruction on how to return the the item. If I have one slight issue it is that they will replace items and you have to start the re-order process all over again I would have no hesitation in using them again.(In fact I already have)

all pairs of boots were in perfect condition as they were cutstomer returns. Effiicient courier service - DPD. Only "Blip" is the fees added on by Auctioneers. They are rather steep

Really impressed with his boots. I previously owned a pair of red wing Moc toe boots and I wasn’t happy with the quality after paying their astronomical prices. This boot doesn’t really have much to envy from the classic real deal. They are very comfortable and if you are like me that has wide feet, you will find them extra comfortable and not needing really to go up a bigger size. The only down side I can see is the good year welt sole grip and resistance to wear is a bit weak for my liking. But still all round a terrific boot.

Had several pairs of moccasin slippers over the years, all good, with fast delivery and competitive prices. On my latest pair stitching came slightly undone after a couple of weeks. One phone call and replacement at no charge with me in two days. How to turn a problem into a recommendation! Very good, polite customer service with no query as to action to be taken.
