Decent shoes and if you just skip paying the monthly fee each month, having a VIP account is beneficial. My issue is the inconsistent sizing. I order on shoedazzle because I wear size 12 and it's hard to find cute shoes with big feet. Recently the sizing has been inconsistent. Especially with their heels, they are waaaaay too skinny and they need a wide option for heels (even though I don't have to wear wide in normal size 12 shoes). My rating is so low because I consistently have issues with returns. I send an item back and do not hear from the company from weeks so I have to go and contact them about the return and then it is a hassle because even if you have proof via tracking info an order was sent, you need the receipt from the place you sent the order. Recently someone told me I needed email confirmation when I sent the item for return at the post office and it is not connected to my email. Very weird and inconvenient return system. I understand there are scammers, but if that is the case make an easier system within your company to track returns so people do not have to contact you about it. I had to speak to 4 different people who gave me 4 different pieces of information. One lied and said the order was refunded when it wasn't.

I have been with Shoedazzle since 2013. I get 95% of my shoes from them. The quality is excellent! If for some reason you have a problem they will do everything they can to make it right. I love the clothing also. I prefer to buying online for the convenience. I love seeing the my own line showroom every month.

I tried to order two other items that were two for one credit and it wouldn’t bundle them. I’ll have to come back and order them later.

The fact that we are paying $50 a month and when I finally decide to purchase something, my size is not available in 95% of the items. The accessories and clothing are nothing like they used to be when I first started using this site. The products don’t look good to me anymore.

First, there are never any cute shoes in my size (10 to 11) Second, if the shoe is $14 when you put it in the cart why does it just to $29 when you go to check out?This site needs better selections, more inventory is larger sizes and better explanation of pricing.

I generally like the site and shopping options. However, I thoroughly dislike applying my VIP credits to specific items rather than simply deducting the amount from my total purchase. My experience was really good because I Had order something like 6 months ago and Just realized that I never received it. So I contact ShoeDazzle to let them know and they give me store credit for the items I did not received and I'm so thankful for that. There were some stuff I needed to do but not much and I'm grateful for that.

I'd been eyeing these shoes for a while, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. They're just as awesome as they looked online and crazy comfy, which is a lifesaver for my job where I'm on my feet all day. Surprisingly, I didn't have much discomfort breaking them in. Totally digging the style. I also grabbed some sneakers that were cute, but they didn't quite hit the mark. Normally, a size 7 fits me fine, but for some reason, the right shoe feels too big. I've been subscribed to this company since 2016. At first it was great but as I got older I wanted better quality in shoes and clothes. I recently just canceled because I don't think it's worth it every month especially for the price. Every time I buy clothes from there it's always a hit or miss. I just bought some shorts and the way how it fits is very off. I stopped buying shoes a long time ago because they start to hurt my feet. Again I'm about good quality these days and Shoedazzle doesn't satisfy for me.

Since the system changed I feel like I'm loosing money every time I forget to skip a month because the credits are no longer worth monetary value towards clothes. Usually if I use my credit I'm spending more than the product is actually on sale as…. Like I can get 2 pairs of shoes for a credit which is 50 but the shoes are only 17 each if I don't use the credits. I ordered two pairs. I found both of the shoes to be very stiff and uncomfortable. Actually painful to walk, the spot behind the heel to be specific. The quality looks poor. I have a slim foot but was even tight for me. Too many issues and not exactly inexpensive. “Shoes”

I like buying my shoes on line have done this for years. The only problem I have is sometimes the shoes are a little too big and don't always fit correctly, they slip off my feet. I have tried going a 1/2 size down but then run into the problem of them being a little too snug, so Goldilocks here found the solution to my problem. Instead of not buying my beloved shoes on line, I put insoles in the shoes that do not fit properly and voila! Problem solved.

I mean pretty good quality, the prices are pretty steep. The discounts are decent when it's clearance or like a big sale. Rewards for points? Definitely have seen waaay better. And they don't have a lot of like. Unique styles in my opinion. It's all classy/casual/business type of styles. I'm more of a punk/emo/ or believe it or not, glamorous type of style. I don't know, they hit the mark with some things and fall flat on others.

The subscription is bogus. They charge you $50 a month just to still have to pay the "membership" difference and shipping, so you're not even saving any money. Also, after having the subscription for months and months, I never received the VIP credit they talk about. When trying to get the VIP credit, they just wanted to charge my account another $50. And the worst part, I got a pair of combat boots maybe 2 months ago, and the heel of both boots already have a big hole in them. I literally wear them to work as a receptionist. I've been curious how I can use the 49.95 as a monetary value for purchasing instead of "VIP Credit." Before the VIP credit I could use my monetary value and purchase a bunch of clearance items, etc. Great value, ya know. But, I'm stuck to choosing one item that could be less or more than the 49.95 I would pay each month. Which is why I prefer to skip most months because I just can't justify spending that monthly payment and seeing that I can use my credit on a 6 pack of socks? Or 3 pairs of underwear? I order a LOT from Shoedazzle so I obviously love what they put out. One thing I don't like is the buckle on the outside (which is industry standard to be fair). Why oh why don't we have a strap or boot belt with the buckle on the INSIDE where you can reach it to don and doff the shoe? Usually ShoeDazzle shoes can be modified to move the buckle, but I recently purchased a pair that couldn't be modified. I purchased the boots. They arrived pretty quickly, no issues. They didn't fit so I had to return. The process was pretty simple. You could choose tradition return or use a third party called happy returns. I tried out the happy returns and that worked great. I just brought them to my local staples and they did the label and later that day I already had my refund processing. It's a bit frustrating. It would be nice to know if these shoes have a wide setting or narrow setting for the foot. Also in the request to refund I was issued a credit and I did not want a credit I wanted a refund because I went and bought another pair of shoes because I didn't want to exchange the ones I had originally bought I wanted to buy a different pair. I'm not happy the fact that I got a store credit rather than a refund cuz I requested a refund
