Is shirtz.cool Legit?

There was a bit of a hiccup with my order and Amy was absolutely amazing. There was no fuss, no excuses, just a perfect resolution. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world, and the jacket I’ve now received is fantastic quality as well! Can’t recommend Cool Shirtz highly enough - outstanding service 👏👏👏

There was a mix up with the sizes for the jumper I ordered for my son, but with Amy's help it has been sorted with minimal fuss or hassle.The customer service is excellent and the jumper is incredible, soft and a fabulous colour.I am sure my son will be thrilled with his Christmas present!

I’ve been using Cool Shirtz for a long time now and every time I have, I’ve only ever received the highest quality of items and exactly what I was hoping to receive. Recently I ordered a Jacket and the sizing was wrong, I contacted customer support and had this issue sorted in no time at all thanks to Amy. Not only did she apologise profusely but assured me it would get sorted. After a few emails and photos, I’ve now been sent the size and been able to keep the defected item as a token of appreciation. Nowadays, brands customer service can be off or not even respond but this level of care for the customer is second to none. I’ll continue using Cool Shirtz as a brand themself they outshine the others but from this experience, it really has left a mark on why I used them in the first place. Thanks again for sorting it the way you guys have!:)

I've ordered stuff from them before but this time i had an issue with UK customs and my parcel was due to be sent back to Australia. However they were really helpful, just a great team and company. It wasn't sent back but even still they offered so much help during that time i thought it was.

I ordered 2 shirts from cool shirtz, and unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up with the order (I received a shirt in the wrong colour). However, when I contacted them about it, a lovely person named Amy sorted it out quickly and arranged for the correct shirt to head my way! They even let me keep the wrong colour shirt :pp overall, Amy at coolshirtz made a stressful situation very chill and easy, relaxing my mind immediately! The shirts that came look absolutely beautiful and the embroidery is beyond cool :33

Very good Quality, 100% Cotton and the print has held up over 3 years now. Only gripe is returning an item if your outside of Australia is pointless, youll end up spending more to ship it back than the items worth. Would like to see a better explanation of the sizes before I order something, had Hoodies that were ment to be oversized be too small. Customer service is a tad slow, not many updates when it comes to preorders. Just make sure you order the right size and youll be grandAlso a shame that the best designs dont get restocked

Theyre pretty chill with missing items and refunding incorrect shipping costs.I was missing an item and Amy from Coolshirtz was very helpful. Auspost said I would have had to give in the entire parcel to start an investigation. Who knows how long that wouldve taken and if they lost my stuff id just get a "sorry".Thanks again Coolshirtz xx

Ive made a few orders now from cool shirtz, I first heard about them through cold ones on youtube a couple years ago, every package has come in good time considering its coming from the other side of the world, Always comes in cool packaging which i find very satisfying, freebie stickers with your orders and more stuff, The quality is so unbelievably good for the price and its nice and soft and fots very nicely, ill continue to use cool shirtz for as long as they keep releasing cool clothing and jewellery. No complaints here.

Great customer service.I ordered the Microplastics T-Shirt from this site however upon opening my package it seems Cool Shirtz had messed up my order.I let them know about this discrepancy and Amy was very quick to reply asking for a photo of the shirt I recieved.Upon providing this picture, Amy immediately apologised and placed a new order for the Microplastics tee for free, and told me I was able to also keep the incorrect one that was sent to me.Will be buying from here again, thank you for fixing the order hastily.

Cool shirtz is always constantly my go to at the moment. While yes the clothing is expensive especially to ship to the UK, the quality more than makes up for it (and the sticker packs). 10/10 love cool shirtz. Express shipping took around a week to arrive which was great!

Amazing products that are insanely good quality. A plus is that’s it’s an Australian owned company run by some amazing people. The support is always on the ball with replies and always looking out for customers. One more plus is that the website is cool too.

The best quality, the best brand. Shipping is quicker than you'd think, sizing is always accurate. Materials are always fantastic. And I have no idea what the customer service is like because I've never needed them for any issues at all.

I am IN LOOVEE with their quality, honestly actually worth the cost for the stuff you get. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants something comfy. Sizes are pretty big, so make sure you double check your size!

PROS:- Shipping was surprisingly fast (took around 2~3 weeks to ship to Europe)- Extra goodies in the bag- Products matched perfectly the descriptionSO-SO:- Quality of the products varied based on what type of material/product you picked. The Knit had way to many loose threads, which makes me worried about it's durability. Did expect some due to the nature of the product, but should not be this bad based on the price and synthetic use of materials.On the other hand, T-shirts and hoodie seem good quality.BAD:- The package should include the prices in the currency that was paid and also the included discounts, in order to not get any issues with custom clearances. Had to pay more than expected due to this issue, since you cannot correct any incorrect data that comes on it.- Be careful when purchasing on their website, as there is quite a big difference for the same size, even if they are of the same type.- Prices are more on the higher side, especially considering taxes are not included! So, expect a 13~23% raise, depending where you live in Europe.

I ordered a a few products from cool shirtz and have so far significantly enjoyed them during these past few months, I have also gotten more compliments than I ever have before. The fact they list the models height and size they’re pictured wearing is also super helpful. I had a small issue with one of the items and some strange cosmetic irregularities, but the customer support team helped me get a replacement free of charge with literally the most ease I’ve ever experienced in a customer support encounter. I absolutely will order from here again when new drops release, and in fact already have, would give 6 stars, would recommend.

I ordered a Hoodie that was in my size, but learned that because of the oversized fit I should have sized down. I emailed support and asked them what size they’d recommend and they gave me all the information I needed to resize and changed my order with zero delay. Lovely support staff, and a fantastic brand

I ordered 2 shirts and a sweater from them on Sept 23rd and it was delivered on the 4th on the east coast! The quality of all 3 of the products were way above anything in this price range and it definitely helps that the design is so refreshing! I had 1 tiny problem (stitching was missing on a singular pocket on one of the shirts) and I contacted their customer service and they responded in roughly a day! Amy offered to either send out a replacement fully at their cost or store credit, so I chose store credit so I could continue purchasing from them and they gave me a code that never expires so I could purchase whatever I wanted!

the shipping company used both internationally and locally were awful by the company, I was jumped with surplus shipping charges totalling half my orders cost I was not informed of, 0 information or support from either coolshirtz or their shipping companies through both email and calling so I have stressed and slaved for weeks trying to track down who has my order and where the hell in my country they took it, finally receive it after having to pay EVEN more money out of my own pocket to collect due to poor delivery services chosen by CS, I open my package and the clothing is damaged straight out the bag. I am absolutely devastated and just on my breaking point after this.. I don't think I will ever be ordering from here again, it was genuinely the worst shipping/shopping experience of my entire life and has been nothing but upset, stress and disappointment in both product and service

I have been a fan and customer of Cool Shirtz for the longest time. Every piece I have purchased has been top quality and never had any issues whatsoever, apart from recently. One of my hoodies was deteriorating when washing (I follow the washing instructions meticulously as I love the pieces I have and want them to lastForever!) so I reached out to Cool Shirtz to inform them of this, and see if it was a reoccurring issue, or I just got unlucky. I was put in contact with Amy, who resolved my issue within a matter of hours and I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to help me. Cool Shirtz have always been amazing with their customer service, quality of products and communication, and this time around with my issue they didn’t fail to impress. I cannot wait to purchase even more products!! If you’re hesitant in purchasing from Cool Shirtz, you need to check yourself.

Honestly cannot fault them. Ordered 3 products - a shirt, a hoodie and a knit jumper. The products themselves are high quality and extremely comfortable. Although I received the wrong hoodie I contacted customer services and the matter was solved quickly and they even let me keep the other hoodie. Thanks Amy from the support team for your help!
