Is shirtup.com Legit?

Delivery was quick and easy but tshirt quality is just not there. The tshirt itself is not well cut. I ordered an L which is too small for me (usually no problem). The print quality is also bad, I was expecting it to seaminglessly integrate within the white background but it's not the case. I will not be wearing the tshirts at the event I bought them for and wasted 100euro.

The T-Shirt had very good quality and was very comfy. Only a bit expensive!

Super fast production and shipping. 5 stars. However the issue is with the sizes. We ordered the premium unisex hoodies and the sizes are inaccurate and misleading. An adult 3XL of the premium hoodie is in reality barely an adult Large. The 2XL is Medium, the XL is a Small, the L is a XS, the medium is a 2XS. Half the order is a waste now. Nothing said the sizing was this way.

This was my second xxl male t-shirt with a painting of my best friend. Just like the first one this shirt turned out GREAT! I´ve learned from the last time to enlarge my photos before uploading. Fabulous

Very disappointed with six t-shirts ordered from this company. They were printed with my own logo, but the logo was far too small. Although the design stage gave options placement and size, the size could not be increased.Update: The company were extremely helpful in rectifying the problem to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Cool website; user friendly interface, cool AI feature! Super happy with result (hoodies w/ print)...when they 'finally' arrived. ShirtUp advertises on swift delivery (1-5 days) but was not able to live up to its promise, which is understandable around XMas. However, informing customers on steps in order progress e.g. through the user interface (and/or informing on delay through email) would be helpful and improve the overall user experience.

Delivery was fast and correct. The textile feels qualitative as do the prints.The (short) sleeves however are a bit tight. Let's see how the t-shirt holds up after a few washes and irons, hence the 4 stars, and not (yet) 5 stars.

I appreciate Shirt Up the most for its quality and delivery time. Really precise prints consistent with the created visualization. However, what I was most surprised by was the turnaround time. This is real express!

My shirt arrived a few days after I ordered it. It's made of high quality material and the lettering appears to be vibrant and durable.The only problem was the app. Super buggy and very frustrating. Five stars for the shirt, one star for the app. Since the shirt is more important to me than the app, I'm giving the company a four-star review.Update: I was referring to the Android app. The Web app is more robust, but, yes, it, too, needs some help. At least I was able to use it to place another order, something I couldn't do using the Android app.

The delivery time was uncertain, and unfortunately it came later than what we needed, but what was pretty annoying was the girls and women size. The L size for the women is extremely smaller than the S size for men, and the 10 year old for boy is basically bigger than the 12 year old for a girl. The female sizes are just smaller than they should

Extremely fast printing & shipping, got the shirts less than 3 days after ordering.Good quality prints.I encountered some bugs in the creation tool but the support was very responsive and seemed to take the bugreports into account.Overall I'm very pleased with the service.

Very pleased with tshirt order , it arrived very quickly , the colours and size were accurate and the fabric good quality . Above all for me the length was fabulous as other tshirts are often lacking length . Not washed yet but hoping it will wash well too

It took a while for it to be delivered, although I understand that it was Christmas time. What really bugged me was the fact that the quality was not up to standard. For a premium quality shirt, I expected a lot better than what I got. The pictures I had put on the shirt looked terrible to be honest, almost as if the ink had leaked.

The tshirts were designed just the way i had intended, and delivered quickly. The sizes of the tshirts can come out quite small, so i would advise anyone to pick a 3xxl tshirts if you are designing a tshirt for an adult. After talking with the customer service, i received great help with adjusting my order which they all did with no extra charge. Great store for great shirts!

The quality of the shirt is great. The experience with the deliveryprocess was not as good. After the confirmaton of my order I did not receive an e-mail about the delivery time/date. After contacting customersupport I received a message that my package was delivered a week prior (yet I was never notified about this). Customersupport did respond very quickly which was great.

I personalized a shirt with a difficult design, my own drawing. I ordered it on sunday late in the evening, and received my t-shirt tuesday morning. Shipping was super fast and the quality of the shirt is amazing! It's exactly what I had in mind and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you!

Ordered a T-shirt as a gift. Unfortunately the ordered could not be delivered within 10 days, although website announces that they will deliver between 2-5 days. It took sometime for customer service to reply to my enquiry ( I could not find a phone number on the website)In the end I had to cancel my order and make other arrangements, which was very disappointing.

Very good quality of the print, but both shirts have the same small stain at the back. Not a reason to discard the garment but it is small imperfection... Hope I will be able to remove it. Otherwise, slim-fit shirts are awesome)

Really nice interface and options to personalize shirts! The quality of the basic fabric is good and the print seems resistent enough. Very happy and I’m definitely recommending ShirtUp
