Their shipping fee from Japan to Philippines is exorbitant. US81+ for a boxed figure that is less than 2lbs.I also bought another item (nearly same dimensions and weight) from another company and they shipped it direct to the Philippines and it costs just US28. and that was thru DHL which arrived in just 3 days.Shippingcart says it will deliver my package in 4 weeks!!TOTAL BS SCAM! This shipping company is absolutely terrible! I can't believe they managed to lose my package not once, but twice! I would strongly advise against using their services. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's practically non-existent! I've wasted so much money on this shipping company, and I'm extremely frustrated about it.
Over 2 months delayed for 1 item shipped via air (not sea) cargo. Email support is the only option you have to get in touch with them and their reply (if at all) are delayed and they say nothing that will appease your mind and assure you. They do not publish their Philippine office address and phone numbers. Probably from fear that their hundreds of dissatisfied customers would be kicking in their doors, to demand their items. Stay away from these incompetent shmucks at all costs!
If I had a choice I would stop using them but unfortunately until I still cant find a replacement at the moment. I'll have to put up with their BS. Unresponsive, robotic reps will tag your concerns as duplicate cases and close them instead of trying to help. Beware of reps Joan and Gio. They are nasty and unhelpful. Weeks will pass before they respond to any requests. If you check Shippingcart's different social media pages comments are deleted or disabled. Reviews have been disabled on their Facebook page which is telling. Even the IG page doesnt respond to ticket requests. I hear its only the Oregon warehouse that is the problem. Complaints of lost items are all over the place. I suspect there is almost zero security and employees are just taking stuff.
Like many others I am giving a poor rating based solely on their US operations and since they moved to Oregon. Not only is the service bad (3 month delays in packages) but customer service is very poor. Communication is poor, ability to contact is poor, adherence to revised commitments are missed (parcels received in Feb meant to be already delivered but they are missing those deadlines) It's a really bad situation and I'm not sure how a company who must've stood up many warehouses over the years had got this so terribly wrong. I cannot I'm good conscience recommend shipping cart to anyone. They were so good before. It's a shame.
Was good until recently. Just before Christmas they moved warehouse from CA to Portland to avoid big California taxes. They have now fallen way behind in shipping maybe due to under-staffing new warehouse. I have used them for almost 5 years getting bi-monthly shipments from US with good results. My advice is to wait a few months for them to catch up on shipments before ordering anything from the USA. -- UPDATE: AS OF 2/19/2023, NOT MUCH PROGRESS OR FEEDBACK FROM COMPANY. ShippingCart already refunded me the value of my missing package plus shipping fee. I was disappointed that they lost my BCBG Maxazria dresses but relieved that they made a refund. Hopefully, they can address all their other customers' issues as well. I'm a bit anxious to use their US warehouse again for now, but I'm now again using their service for my purchases from Australia.
Using their service is expensive and despite ripping you your hard earned cash their service is really slow and they will not update you. They turned off all communication on their pages because they don't want people to know how atrocious their service. And the only way to get in touch with them is via email which they will send you a template reply.
It's been almost two months since they received my packages in their warehouse and 3 out of 4 of them are still marked as preparing for shipment. I have repeatedly informed them that I need the packages as they contains health supplements, but they don't seem to care at all. They even have the audacity to send you templated email responses which shows how little they care about the concerns of their customers. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I am so stressed about dealing with the shipping cart, Shipping Cart Customer care, and its local forwarded LBC. Now It is almost 4 and a half months, my package is still in their LBC Alabang delivery hub for almost four days. The place is near me and yet the delivery is not yet done. I tried many times, requesting to expedite the delivery but to no avail. They keep the promise and closed the request since they will say it is resolved. BEWARE: If you bought items from Japan like brand new tower speakers or home theater receivers, they will charge you exorbitant fees. I pay 181 dollars for pair of tower speakers. They charge you due to "Needs Special Handling"You better buy local and you will save more.
Tremendous delay even if you paid for AirCargo. I experienced about 2 months delay for some 3-4 months. They relocated their US warehouse and it went horribly. They have no contingency plan and did not anticipated that it would cause tremendous delays with customers packages. A lot of customers were disappointed and stressed. (we gathered up and have discussion in a FB group). Some customer’s ordered October and November 2022, so that they can give it as presents come December 2022 but ShippingCart just didn’t care and left it sitting and freezing at their warehouse in Oregon. This a bad service you wouldn’t want to use them, or you will regret. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
Pre ordered item before ShittingCart.com announced closure of US warehouse but no exception was provided and didnt provide contingency such a rude customer service! Also though return has no payment it is part of the service being offered but this to warn everyone that they really dont process it and will just ignore you so you wont have no choice but to add cart for shipment. Don't use ShippingCart! Avoid them! Better use BuyandShip. I have been using them for years but starting last November my Shipments have been stuck in their warehouse with no movements until now (March 2023)!!! I have had buyers for those items since December but they have already bought from other sellers!!! AND I AM PAYING THE CREDIT CARD INTEREST BECAUSE UNTIL NOW I STILL DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS I HAVE PAID FOR SINCE NOVEMBER!!
They lost and never shipped hundreds of dollars worth of products I shipped to their warehouse. I provided proof they received my shipments, yet they insisted they didn’t. Customer support basically told me there was nothing they could do. They went so far as to ask me to contact the seller and tell them I had not received their shipment. With these type of business practices they should no longer be in business.

Funnily, the agent's name is "Nice". Apparently the person does not live up to the name.I basically gave some polite feedback (i.e. no exclamation, no threats, no cussing) and told them it was okay not to fix the issue. In return, I got a lecture on how systems work and how I didn't know how to properly use it.Funnily, "Nice" responds within minutes when aggravating clients. Fastest response times ever. I wish they were as fast in resolving issues.
I am very surprised to see some negative feedback as I have always had great experience with shipping cart UK. Reasonably quick delivery, pricy but worth it as all the customs are dealt with. When there was some issue they fixed it. When once delivery was late due to conditions not controlled by courier they let me know immediately and tracked the shipment. I order stuff regulary through Shipping Cart in UK to Ph.
I have used this company for years without issues. But with my recent order which is Airpods pro from Apple - when it arrived in the Philippines - a massager was inside the shipment. I know this was not Amazon's fault - but someone from shippingcart is probably enjoying the Airpods I bought!!! I have contacted SC and still have not received a response.
Really bad customer service- auto generated messages that claim that the issue was already resolved. They claim that 1 of my ordered packages was “not received in the Oregon warehouse” despite both the seller and DHL have provided proof of receipt. Very convenient letter written by their warehouse manager to absolve them of their fault after weeks of following up on the lost package. Used to have no problem when their forwarding address was in California. All my emails are now being ignored by their obviously non-existent customer service. Already sent email for reimbursement, but again being ignored. Look for another forwarding company to consolidate your packages.
My main issue is their call centre who either do not reply or when they do say, sorry your message was stuck in one of our boxes. Thus they either fail to communicate with their client (shippingcart) or if they do it is too late to do anything.

“Lost items”
At first, they took photos to my items from US and an item have been lost. It took weeks before they could process it. They terribly sorry about the incidents and want to give a refund. Unfortunately, the value of the product cannot be replaced by the refunded amount. Do not trust this company because they don't hear their customer issues. You'll notice that they remove reviews from their social media because of bad service. I won't use their service anymore, it is so risky.
“There are better alternative options”
This is a review of Shippingcart U.S. branch. Their service is really bad. Items often get lost. It happened to me 3 times before I quit using them. Their processing time is insanely slow. For example they don't process new arrivals on the weekend. If the post office makes a mistake on Saturday Shippingcart wastes time processing new package arrivals. This kills your ability to promptly have the post office review the situation and hopefully recover your item that was likely delivered to a wrong address. By comparison I now use Shippingcart Australia branch. They process new arrivals almost immediately and so far NO item has been lost. The U.S. office just has really bad management. It has for at least 4 years now. Tip for consumers:Don't use the U.S. branch of Shippingcart. Products used:Product forwarding.
“Horrible Company”
Horrible company, full of lies. They have 19,000 backlog packages and makes promises that they are going to ship items as soon as possible. One time they also mentioned that they will be able to process 1,800 items a day. Their actual is about 300-400 a day. Extremely unprofessional. There is apparently a fine print that they will discard the items after 2 months, no notification was given as i was waiting for my other items and the package was delivered in batches. But before doing so, I had a couple of questions so I tried to make contact to their Customer Service using the button on their website. “Got f*cked TWICE”
I was told that an item was in my cart, when I already paid for the shipping fee, 45 days delayed. I received my shipment, then the item went missing! SC asked for my back details after numerous emails, but I never got a refund. THEN they told me it's not lost and I will get the item. I never did. Now the ticket has been "resolved" total BS. Availed their services twice already and so far so good! Received my orders in perfect condition and within the given timeframe. What I love about them is that they consolidate items as compared to My-shoppingbox which I've also tried. Prices are premium but it's worth it for the service you're getting. Been a customer of Shippingcart for more than 3 years now! Platform is easy to use, they always provide updates about my packages and items bought from US. I never tried buying from UK but planning to try soon. Never had a bad experience at all for the past 3 years. ShippingCart always delivers my packages ahead of time except if there are unexpected holidays that causes few days of delays specially during peak season, max 3 days delayed based on my experience. Good platform for someone who is teckie person like me. I'm not a fan of manual processing of things like how others do. Door-to-Door delivery is a plus, seamless service. Photos of items are also provided, thus I know if Amazon sent the right item/s they also help in returning the packages if amazon delivered the wrong item.
“Used to be good, but unfortunately now is terrible”
I used shippingcart several times in the past to send items to family members and myself when i was in philippines.The first time was amazing, I got a package to a very remote area in less than a week, in fact, even the folks at shippingcart were amazed.The next few times it went pretty smoothly, although I did have problems processing payment using my US credit card.The past couple of times have not gone well. They have lost items, disposed of items, never notified me when I have a new item in my cart, until I contacted them looking for it 3 weeks after it arrived according to USPS tracking.The latest problem involves processing payment again, I am unable to pay for shipping from Hayward Ca. To Manila, using two different credit cards. Had similar experience. Bought shoes from adidas uk and sent it to our shipping cart account/package. When the package arrived inthe Philippines, the shoes were missing! Customer service cannot be reached, the phone number they placed is unreachable and is just a temporary sim card from tesco mobile! Theyre a thief! Until now i dont know how to retrieve my shoes back. I asked them to return shoes to sender, but they made tons on requirements again saying i need to send them before return can be done! Dont trust this company at all! They are no more than bunch of thieves! I had a package that should already been delivered to me but to my surprise it hasnt even left their warehouse yet! “Worst company I've ever dealt with and no human being to speak to for answers”
ShippingCart.com misplaced my item over 6 weeks ago and I continue to message them with no resolution to the problem. They create a support ticket then close it in two days saying I never contacted them. I can't do anything to resolve it because they have no living breathing humans to talk to in order to fix the problem so I just sit here screwed over by them and out 400.00 which is the cost of the item they lost. Never think of using their service or should I say lack of service.

I have been using this airfreight consolidator Shipping Cart to transport my CDs to the US to the Philippines. DO NOT MAKE THE GRAVE MISTAKE IN USING THIS SERVICE! Without warning, they decided to add this FRAGILE HANDLING exorbitant fees to items that do not need fragile handling. They decide to update their special handling items to include CDs without warning their customers. Kevin wanted to charge me for a single CD which weighs. 2 lbs they want to charge me $23.99! “One Last Ditch Save, And One Completion”
I wrote a review previously on ShippingCart delivering the wrong package. Two months after the bungle, and after many emails and filing for a refund from Paypal, they ended up delivering my package. That was good - but the reality is air shipments are not cheap - we use them because we need something sooner, not later, so my review of that package stays the same - 1 star. But kudos at least for finally getting my goods that I had paid for to me. So friends report using Shipping Cart for years without ever an issue. And I recently needed something without the delays of my usual sea-route consolidator (Forex Freight - a great company) - so decided to gamble on trying ShippingCart again. I know, I know - I was asking for it! Normally, I won't touch a company again that treated me the way SC did the first time. But there are so few options outside of Manila. But, they did what they contracted to do and what I paid them to do. One time doing your job does not offset another time when they totally bungled it - so my overall rating has gone up one star. A few more completions, and I will give them 3. It will be years before they can get back to 5 stars - that's reality - You can lose a customer very easily, and it is very hard to get them back. Do what you promise, and more important, WHEN YOU SCREW UP, MAKE IT RIGHT ASAP! So one fail (with a way-to-late save), and one completion. I may chance them again.
