Is shemed.co.uk Legit?

I don’t have much of a complaint about the company itself but I signed up for Babylon and all of a sudden I’m seeing this company in my invoice. I didn’t consent to it and don’t want to share any personal information with this company. I’ve raised it a couple of times and nothing has been done so I’m rating you one star. I value my privacy, especially with medical information.

The support from SheMed has been fantastic. I spoke to Calinda on the online chat and she helped me get an issue sorted with an hour. She was kind, patient and one of the best customer service agents I've dealt with. Thank you for your help and I recommend SheMed.

I purchased the home screening kit and it arrived promptly, once I scanned the box and downloaded the app I was able to have a chat with a real person who guided me through taking my blood sample. I was amazed that it didn't hurt at all and my results came back a few days later, all in all a very smooth experience!

I have joined SheMed only a week ago in that time I have been connected to a real person who talked me through taking my blood sample. Which was painless. Results in 2 days and now accepted on the program I cannot wait to see the new me in 6 months. thanks

I've had a good experience with the weight loss programme from eMed. The results are truly remarkable and visible! I've lost more than 3 stones so far. What impressed me initially was how quick and easy it was to sign up on the eMed app. Such a pleasant user journey. From a medical standpoint, it was so reassuring to have an actual medical professional be involved in each stage of the process. I was worried it would be a case of a company just wanting to take my money. But the eMed medical team were really detailed in explaining the whole process from start to finish, and wanted me to make the decisions that would benefit my health and wellbeing. Honestly couldn’t be more pleased with how my case was managed.

Ongoing support has been amazing from eMED. I am now 3 dress sizes down and about to go on holiday and feel so body confident. I find it easier now to maintain my weight and with ongoing gym, I am now toning up. I have tried so many numerous weight loss programmes and this has worked so well for me. No judgement either when have a bad week as well. The compliments I am getting, and feel so much more energy. After a long time, I am looking forward to wearing swim wear on holiday!

I have found eMed's weight programme excellent. I started in Feb 2024, eMed have offered continued support and guidance throughout this time. The process is very easy. The app is helpful in monitoring my weight and seeking advice if I need to. Overall a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

Really easy to sign up and the ok demand live checkins make this service feel very safe. I haven’t had side effect yet but reassuring to know a clinician will be there to help if I do. Still in the first month but excited to see some results already!

Was quickly assigned a doctor to prescribe my weight loss medication. App was very intuitive. Doctors were very understanding. Needed before my trip to the states- speed was key!
